Very reasonable rates and incredibly spacious. Clean and well-presented rooms with plenty of room which is a welcome relief after the cramped hotel rooms throughout Japan.

It is not exactly a hotel but more like a service apartment. The pros are the rooms are more spacious and less expensive. The cons are the furniture and fixtures inside the room are bit old and outdated. The TV is an old 19 inches analog TV while every other hotels in Japan I have visited are already providing 16:9 HDTV. Location wise it is quite convenient as the subway is only 2 blocks away. One thing you need to know is the reception only opens between 8 am to 8 pm, and the check out time is 10 am. If you want your room to be cleaned or bedsheets to be changed you need to pay extra. The staff working at reception can speak fluent English and is very helpful. As suggested on their English website, when you first arrive at Osaka by train or by plane, it is better to go to the hotel by taxi. After you settled down you can start to use the subway near the hotel for your daily tours.

Fantastic! Didn't hesitate to book it after reading so many positive reviews. We booked a studio, which is the cheapest option, but upon arrival we were upgraded to a one-bedroom flat for free. Clean rooms, kitchenette, subway station just two blocks away. The only disturbance was the construction site noise 24 hours.

Located in the business section of the city. Over-all, the hotel was clean and good value if you are a group because it has all the amenities of a self-service apartment.

Pluses: Easy to find this hotel when arriving from Kansai Airport via train and subway. Staff speak English and are very friendly/helpful. I felt secure. My twin studio with kitchenette and shower/bath were great value compared to 2-star hotel. Inexpensive on-site launderette. Minuses: Noise from construction next door. Tiny lobby. Only 1 small elevator. Suite floor filthy/unwashed. Towels and kimono smelled musty.

we stayed for 14 days and totally enjoyed our accommodation,we had the one bedroom apartment and found this to be more than expected in both size and facilities,the staff were excellent and went out of their way to assist.the hotel is in a business area but very close to all our needs eg. subway,castle,groceries, restaurants and takeaways.the hotel became the center for our fantastic holiday.

This hotel was pretty good in comparison to many that I stayed in throughout Japan. I stayed in a mix of hotels some considerably more expensive and some cheaper than this one. The good points are that it was close to the Subway and Osaka Castle, the room did not smell of stale smoke; there were a couple of English language channels on the TV (not very common in the 10+ hotels that I stayed in) and the staff (even the late night staff) spoke good English. The only off putting thing was the site that I booked the hotel on had a number of floor plans for rooms that bore no resemblance to the room I was given. Not sure it the hotel has control over this.
