Secluded in a lush tropical setting and located minutes from Charleston, South Carolina, Waters Edge Inn boasts eight beautifully appointed guest rooms feature Heavenly queen size beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and down comforters, plasma flat screen television, sound machine clock radios with iPod docking ports, wireless internet and telephone and fireplaces. Individual mini refrigerators with complimentary bottled water and other beverages of your choice can be tailored to your individual wishes. The pristine beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are just two short blocks away and guests are welcome to use our bicycless or our shuttle service for quick and easy access. After returning, rinse off under our outdoor shower and wrap yourself in a luxurious robe provided for your use and enjoy the relaxation of our large, outdoor hot tub overlooking the marsh. Complimentary cocktails and lite hors doeuvres are available daily from 4-7pm. Check-in is at 3 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions. As a bed and breakfast property, the Front Desk hours will vary guests should contact the property to find out more information. What are your breakfast options?: We serve a complimentary buffet breakfast from 8:00 am to 10:00 am which includes freshly cooked
items such as quiche, casserole, or eggs. Breakfast also includes granola, fruit, bagels, and English muffins.
What transport is available to get around?: We offer free golf cart shuttling to the beach, and would be happy to drop you off at local destinations as well. We also rent bikes for $10 a day, or $20 for your entire stay. You could
either take a cab or drive your own car.
What can I do nearby?: We provide a complimentary happy hour from 4:00-7:00pm nightly which includes unlimited drinks and hors d'oeurves. There are a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance of the inn including fresh seafood, fine dining, and cafes.

Activities on Folly Beach include sightseeing cruises, jet skiing, kayak tours, fishing, on-site bike and beach chair rentals, gold courses and surfing.
