| It's nice hotel with very excellent service and break fast buffet nice place but little far from surrfice paradise beach it's take along 10 minute walk but there's many super markets and restaurant near the hotels it's very safety hotel and a simple standard furniture even for the club rooms that i stay in it. |

| The service at this hotel is superb, the room was excellent, the club upgrade was the very best, the breakfast and nightly canape's drinks etc were delicious. The staff so very solicitious and friendly, you really get 5 star treatment here. |

| I just wonder why we had to pay for the in room safe;the lift doors and water pot are extremely dirty!!!!!! I didn't even waste any time on washing the pot by myself.the manner of the telephone operator was so BAD!!!!when my spouse tried to call me overseas, the operator directed her to the wrong room even though she had told the operator my room number clearly. I will neve stay in this hotel again. |

| We stayed in a Club Watermark Premier room and the whole experience was very pleasant. Everything was impressive and the "exclusive" Club lounge, canapes, drinks and service was a delight. I would recommend this package for anyone who would like an indulgent time off so that they can "recharge their batteries". |

| We had a marvelous time at the hotel, all the staffs (front desk, concierge, housekeeping) were really friendly and courteous. We would definitely recommend to our friends and on a return visit to Surfers later on in the future, will absolutely consider staying there again. |

| The hotel itself was very good, and the service we received for the staff at reception and concierge was good however, the service in the Club Watermark room was less then average, breakfast in this room was also of a poor standard. The food was fantastic it was the organisation and service that was lacking. |

| Staff were friendly and it was clean, however we were extremely irked when charged for parking in the carpark when there were no car parks available. This was also the case for about 20 other cars/patrons. Only 1 lift to the carpark - meaning most people requiring a lift change at the ground floor - mild inconvenience. The 'gym' was minimal - very disappointing. Hotel location was excellent - less than a 5 minute walk into the main stretch. |

| great location close to town. The italian restaurant at the Watermark was fantastic as was room service. Everything seemed reasonably priced and not a rip off like some other hotels. Very helpful staff, especially at reception |

| Absolutely AMAZING totally recommend the CLUB package - the lounge and drinks included is excellent value. Was very impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. |

| No balconies available. We had a broken hairdryer and a lamp that did not work in the room. Unlike other hotels we have stayed with before,the safebox in the room had to be paid for with each usage. Otherwise the facilities were quite good, the hotel is close enough to the city centre and the beach. |
