It's nice hotel with very excellent service and break fast buffet nice place but little far from surrfice paradise beach it's take along 10 minute walk but there's many super markets and restaurant near the hotels it's very safety hotel and a simple standard furniture even for the club rooms that i stay in it.

Second time we have stayed here and we loved it this time too. Only thing that lets the hotel down is the bathroom. They are looking a little tired. Other than that its great, staff are very friendly.

I just wonder why we had to pay for the in room safe;the lift doors and water pot are extremely dirty!!!!!! I didn't even waste any time on washing the pot by myself.the manner of the telephone operator was so BAD!!!!when my spouse tried to call me overseas, the operator directed her to the wrong room even though she had told the operator my room number clearly. I will neve stay in this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel, the location was good, only a couple minutes walk to Cavill Av. Don't expect a great water view, it's blocked by the Q1. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I enjoyed the stay the only thing that dissapointed me was the fact that i was staying there for my anniversary and Birthday and i had advised the hotel this when i made the booking and i didn't even get as much as a letter say Congratulations.

I took my mother to the Watermark for the weekend and we were extremely impressed by the facilities and service at the hotel, particularly the staff. They were extremely helpful and went above the call of duty(especially Mihir and Christopher in the restaurant and Vilami). THanks for the experience. Regards

No foxtel or free to air channels on TV. Buffet breakfast doesn't have better variety of selection.

Great value hotel located within walking distance of central Surfers'. Two pools so you can catch the sun most times, but Q1 across the road casts a pretty big shadow. The Indian resturant across the road does a pretty good curry too.

The Club Watermark room is beautiful.We got to go to the club room every morning for a full breakfast with everything you can imagine, canapes and drinks every night, and they just kept topping up your glasses, all this was included in the price with the club room.You can even go to the club room during the day for tea ,coffee and softdrinks and refreshments!Even a newspaper was delivered to your door every morning!This hotel was total luxury, and the room service food was delicious.We highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a Club Watermark Premier room and the whole experience was very pleasant. Everything was impressive and the "exclusive" Club lounge, canapes, drinks and service was a delight. I would recommend this package for anyone who would like an indulgent time off so that they can "recharge their batteries".

The hotel itself was very good, and the service we received for the staff at reception and concierge was good however, the service in the Club Watermark room was less then average, breakfast in this room was also of a poor standard. The food was fantastic it was the organisation and service that was lacking.

Very conveniently located, an easy walk to restaurants, shops and Surfers Paradise beach. Rooms were very spacious, clean and modern. Would definitely stay there again!
