This was one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in the area. The staff were friendly and responsive to my needs. Loved the beds and the egyptian cotton sheets. The restaurant was great.It was clean and well maintained.

The hotel looks old, needs to be updated badly. The housekeepers were very friendly and polite. The front desk staff were rude, slow and not very helpful at all. The restaurant far too expensive for what they serve. Honestly I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Waterloo Inn was a quality and professional experience. The staff was very helpful and had time to provide personal service. For example, helping us sync up with the free wireless internet service.

"While the restaurant is not convenient to the front lobby and somewhat distant from many rooms, it is worth the hunt. Dinner there offered a good choice at reasonable prices with excellent tableside service and cuisine. Only knock on hotel is that it is a little cold, conventionesque."

"Our room had been used as a smoking room and immediately upon opening the door all you smelled was stale cigarette smoke which was not very pleasant. Otherwise, the room was fine and I was happy to see the ammenities provided especially the wireless communication. Staff was friendly.Restaurant was excellent."
