WE have booked 2 rooms inadvance at a non refundable rate for a king size and a queen size bed overlooking the river. As we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist gave us 2 double beds instead.He said that they only have a few of those rooms and it's already booked. We wanted to cancel but we were already there and we did not want to ruin our vacation looking for another hotel.

The staff at this hotel is awesome!! My every need was attended to in a professional and timely manner. From the front desk to maintenance, the whole crew is very friendly and willing to please. The view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful.
