Salem Waterfront Hotel and Suites was quite comfortable. Room quite large. The hotel is on a dock and walking the area waterside is fun. The restaurant/pub is a friendly place with good food and drinks. Location is central and close to museums and restaurants. We woould certainly go back.

The room was spacious and accommodating. The bathmat had hair stuck to it. This hotel is located in the heart of Salem, with the Marina on one side, and quaint shops and restaurants on the other. The room was spacious and accommodating, and fairly clean. The food and service at the restaurant were very good. The fitness room could use some updated machinery.

Very central to Salem attractions and restaurants. This place was within walking distance of all the Salem attractions as well as the good restaurants on the Wharf.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The location is excellent. You can walk to all attractions and restaurants. Even the trolley stops on the corner! The service was friendly and although the hotel had weddings on both days, we received excellent care. My teenage son loved the gym and the pool. We would highly recommend this hotel. We only wished that a soda machine be installed on the 2nd floor instead of having to go to the 3rd floor.

This hotel fit our needs to a tee. Not only was it family-friendly, it was in a GREAT location. Right on the water and we even took the ferry into Boston. The ferry was only located a few blocks away. Other transportation was nearby also. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our family stayed next to each other and we had even had ajoining rooms-which was nice too. I highly recommend this hotel.
