Hotel staff keep my husbands cash and then used our debit card to pay for his room. My bank was notified and took care of it for now but those attendants should not be working there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff are excellent, very accomodating and helpful. Anything I needed was taken care of immediately. Front Desk staff are terrific. I stay at the Inn several times each month and I have never had an unpleasant experience.

The Hotel was great to some lenghts,The Hotel manager was really nice, My stay wasn't one of the best I have had, there was this one woman that wore glasses and had blonde hair, she is kinda thin and works at the front desk and I think that she works mornings I haven't noticed her during nights. I found this woman I think her name is heather to be bluntly rude and she throws off like she is a know it all in a rude way. I am rating the hotel on my second stay, and I am rating the two clerks that I had both a 3. My second stay shortly after the first one coming through again was wonderfull, I had the really nice woman named stacey Clean my room and the room spelled clean and felt clean, I loved my stay and so did my family. The room I rate is a 10 and the service she gave was also a 10, she is a nice hard working cleaner I found and would love to have her next time we come again and that should be shortly my family loved her and her daughter was also really nice to have aswell, it's nice to see you have two that I have meet hard working family members cleaning for you. I am thinking next trip when I come back through I would like Stacey and her daughter to clean our rooms and handle or service if need please. I thought that my second stay was wonderfull and relaxing, please give the mother and daughter a thank you for me! Linda is my name and Stacey might remember we chatted here and there during my stay. I also wanted to state that there's a woman name rosie or rose? well I thought she was ok but could do better on being a good clerk at the front desk. I didn't like how she was handling me when checking in, there was a woman I did like and also would like to say thank you to she was young and brown kinda long she is very pretty I would know cause my sons couldn't stop talking how pretty she was and that they wished they were older lol. Anyways Room 222 was a prefict stay and Room 118 wasn't good at all, I am not into wasting my time while trying to relax to head to the front desk and say what I have to stay about my concerns so thought that this was best and hope that this helps for the next people that receive those people and rooms. P.s I also wanted to add that I thought that housekeepers are to have there own rooms and not have three or more enter others rooms after there were cleaned! I noticed when in room 222 I was walking down the hallway and noticed after my maid had finished her rooms there was two women that were laughing and up to no good in one of the rooms that were already cleaned, I am not sure if this helps any to anything that may of happened, I did find stacey when I came back to the hotel from stepping out and told her of what was going on and we both went down my hallway near my room and stacey checked her room. I hope that nothing big happened and stacey didn't get in any trouble for what those girls did to the room when I come back I can if it helps pin point the girls out that had entered the room. One was brown blackish hair that wore her hair in a pony tail and the other was a kinds tall bigish medium girl with brownish red I think! anyways I will be back and can't wait for another relaxing trip and a stay at your hotel.
