Excellent location within Disney property. Concierge was extremely helpful in making dinner reservations in and outside the park. Our hotel room was clean and overlooked the pool area. I would stay there again!

The lobby and facilities were beautiful. Suspected bed bugs.

Great amenities. Pool is great, tennis courts were great (24 hours), miniature golf was fun, the Boardwalk is very close. All in all a very good place to stay.

We liked the fact it was clean, and towels were available for the pool. Our room was too far away from the elevator. Wife has bad left leg, and Scoliosis of the back. Besides the long walk to our room every time we left, it was a great vacation. We are very much looking forward to our next vacation at the Dolphin but will ask for a room closer to the elevator.

Quality hotel, good food at reasonable prices, great location. Maintenance needed in some of the common areas. Beautiful hotel with grand common areas, great dining on premises, quality landscaping and amenities.

The hotel was quite comfortable. We found the food options to be good and never had a bad meal. The pool was fantastic but quite crowded at times. Very convenient to get to the Disney parks via the boat or buses that ran on time. I've stayed at the Dolphin 3 times now and have had a great experience every time.

Transportation & location to parks was great/cafe was reasonable. Price for valet parking a little high/$16 per day. I was impressed and would stay again. It was immaculate, rooms were clean & comfortable. The beds were good. Cafe was great as it was open 24 hours. Great & reasonable for fast breakfast & snacks. Help was very accommodating. I look forward to going back next fall with friends. I took my 84 yr old mom and she loved it. Decor was really nice, very simple and clean.

We have stayed in other Disney hotels and really enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin. We took advantage of the boats for transportation to and from the resorts. Our waiting time was no more than 10 minutes. We had breakfast at the Picabo a few mornings and the food was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would recommend it to anyone that wanted to use a Disney property and would stay there again.

Good beds, nice employees, clean, fun pool area, and good location. Parking is expensive and inconvenient. Lack of handicap access to parking. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was lots of fun, but all the pools should be heated and stay open later than 9 pm. Loved the access to Boardwalk and the boat option to Epcot and Hollwood studios. Terrible parking situation! Very expensive to self park and a ridiculous cost to valet! No access for handicap parking, so we were forced to pay for valet at $16 a day!

The hotel is wonderful, but travelling with a 5 year old with sensory integration ("SI") the scents in the lobby were sickening to him. For families who have children with SI or Autism, I wouldn't recommend it.

The lobby and public spaces are amazing. The room's bath is very small and the room for themoney should have had a little more luxury to it. Don't get me wrong, this is a nice hotel. The public areas are very, very nice. The room is okay, in my opinion lacks bathroom space and the room itself lacks decoration/luxury for the money, they ask to stay here. A refrigerator in the room would have been nice. A microwave in the would have been good also (had leftover pizza-which we ordered through room service- and had to throw it out). For me the room should always be the nicest thing where I stay. Probably will not stay again. Stayed here for the convenience of transportation to Hollywood studios.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room had been recently renovated and the decorations were very nice, good strong shower, plenty of room for people and luggage. We could see Disney and the firecrackers from the room. Good transportation to get around to Disney Theme Parks and other Disney attractions. Excellent food in the restaurants although expensive like other Disney restaurants. The pool was nice to swim in. Great vacation resort!

Simply put, great hotel would stay there again. Buses to Disney Resorts were out of sequence.

The hotel was nice as was the room. The pool was beautiful, though the cabana cafe was quite pricey ($10.50 for a frozen cocktail!!). I personally do not like the "heavenly" beds, but many people enjoy them. If you are going to Disney World, I would definitely recommend this hotel because it is on the property, it gets bus and boat transportation to the parks, and it is involved in the extended magic hours. However, the hotel is not really a Disney hotel, it is owned by Sheraton so they do not pick you up from the airport. And to use the SLOW internet it costs like $13 per day.

Centrally located to all attractions at Walt Disney World. Name itself misleads you into believing it is a Disney hotel, which it is not. After housekeeping staff left my room unlocked, hotel staff went above and beyond in ensuring my satisfaction. Very much appreciated and unexpected.

Quick and easy check-in and out. Room was very nice but was very far from the elevators. If we were to go back, we would request a room closer to the elevators. The television was old and was placed beside the bed rather than in front which made viewing awkward. Balcony had separate door for access which could be locked. We chose the hotel for the location and weren't disappointed.

Convenient location and great cafeteria restaurant for late dinner with kids. Allergic to pillows, staff was sufficient but no wow moment. A convenient hotel for Disney parks. It is not the Disney experience but is beautiful, clean, and has many great amenities including restaurants and a pool.
