Stayed at hotel without knowing anything about it, and was pleasantly surprised. Clean, comfortable, great location for walking around Waikiki, and very close to the beach. It's right across the street with great swimming. The hotel staff was the best though, any question they had a answer for, and great recommendations of places to go, with maps included. If they didn't have a map, they would draw one for you. Able to make plans and reservations through hotel, and got picked up for everything right out front. Upgrade to the ocean view room, it's well worth it, and ask for a high room. We were on the 14th floor, and were very happy. All in all, would stay again, without a doubt.

The hotel was clean, beautiful view of ocean, staff very friendly and helpful. Ryan, the manager, was especially friendly and helpful. Our stay ended with a beautiful limo ride to the airport.

Great central hotel. Service was outstanding. Pool is a little disappointing. Air con was not cold enough.

We stayed in the Parc room. The view is not so great because these rooms face inland. But, they are accordingly less expensive. This hotel is on the other side of the street from the beach, so you have to walk along the public beach access sidewalk between hotels to get to the beach. Again, you're saving money accordingly. All things considered, this hotel offers a great value for Waikiki.

The location was great and I enjoyed the smaller feel of the hotel. The staff was very smart and helpful with great communication skills between visitors and other staff. Beautifully decorated in all areas. Housekeeping was very friendly and happy. Mountain-view rooms have a nice view but the lanais are terribly small so we switched to an ocean view. The staff was great in this switch and upgraded us nicely. It was a great decision! Very nice views of the ocean and a great deck. Really saved the remainder of our visit. With a younger child you wind up in the room more than you might otherwise and it is nice to be able to still be outside. Good central location as we did not rent a car and were able to walk to a lot of places. There is a lot of construction in Waikiki right now, so that is disturbing noise wise but it doesn't matter what hotel you stay at.

The hotel is in an excellent location for the beach area at Waikiki and for access to the shopping area at the beach - the staff were very obligeing in all circumstances and had good knowledge of tourist parts. Great Valet parking staff and just around the corner from a DENNY'S Rest. and a ABC Conveinence Store that had good stock of food and tourist nick naks. - highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time in Honolulu, the hotel was very nice and clean, we had an ocean veiw room that was great, service was great. Close to all resturants and shopping area and only a few feet from the beach. We were married while we were there, and the hotel had a nice little gift for us when we got back. Everything was perfect.

One word. Underwhelming. I have nothing good to say about this hotel. The pictures online are very deceiving. The room is tiny, and with zero amenities, unless you count the standard coffee pot. It's as if they think that plain and boring is artsy.

For the most part this hotel was nice. The rooms were clean, but small. Beds were big, but to firm for us. The location to the beach is awesome. Some rooms with ocean views. There is a resturant in this hotel, but the prices were very expensive. The hotle offers room service meals as well. A room service sandwich cost ! However there is a Denny's a block away from the hotel that is open 24 hours. This hotel offers a hospitality room for guest checking out, but who have a evening flight. This service was very helpfull for us as we wanted to shower away the sand from the beach before climbing on our plane at 8:00PM

The staff was friendly, they don't offer a military discount, have nice lobby, room was small, and not the romantic setting as promised. When it said on the beach with ocean view, didn't say other buildings in the way of the view. It was close enough to restaurants that we could walk to them. That was nice. But this was supposed to be our honeymoon night that we never got and it didn't feel special or romantic at all.

After spending 8 days on other Hawaiian islands, we were in for a culture shock when we arrived in Honolulu. The hotel is very trendy in appearence so it didn't feel warm and inviting so we were a bit apprehensive upon our approach to the front desk in our rumpled clothes and large suitcases. The staff was fantastic with our check-in and everything was ready for us, no hassles at all. Our room was very clean (with the exception of the wash cloth that had been left on the shower rod that stayed there for our entire stay), bed was comfortable and pillows were the best of our week. Maybe of any hotel I've ever stayed in with the exception of the Westin. We didn't use any of the hotels ammenities (we aren't Nobu kind of folks, why use the 8th floor pool when the ocean was accross the street?, there was a wine reception in the lobby on Friday night that seemed to draw a crowd but we arrived back to the hotel late and needed to change) A good buy for the money if it's what you want in a hotel in Honolulu...
