The concierge service was outstanding. We had help organizing a rental car and several day trips. We had an ocean view room...excellent view! Great location..within easy walking distance to beach and high-end shopping and dining. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly, courteous and efficient staff. I would have liked free highspeed internet access to lcheck on restaurants, tours, etc. Modern, elegant hotel well situated in Waikiki area. The staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. The room and public areas are modern up-scale.

Very central to markets and beach.

Made you feel special. Made you feel welcome. Very helpful on questions or needs. Easy access to dining, beach, and activities. Made the best of what was offered and had fun. Would stay here again.

Stayed at hotel without knowing anything about it, and was pleasantly surprised. Clean, comfortable, great location for walking around Waikiki, and very close to the beach. It's right across the street with great swimming. The hotel staff was the best though, any question they had a answer for, and great recommendations of places to go, with maps included. If they didn't have a map, they would draw one for you. Able to make plans and reservations through hotel, and got picked up for everything right out front. Upgrade to the ocean view room, it's well worth it, and ask for a high room. We were on the 14th floor, and were very happy. All in all, would stay again, without a doubt.

We spent the day at the fourth of July festivities in Waikiki, thought it would be cool to stay the night. What an experience I will definitely stay here again. Free parking, clean room, and most of all the staff was very polite.

The Bermuda Shutters looking out to the ocean was a nice touch. The service was great. The hotel had a very contemporary feel. The pool and some other common areas were larger.

Great central hotel. Service was outstanding. Pool is a little disappointing. Air con was not cold enough.

I guess i expected alot more. It said 4 star and I thought more like 3 star. It looks WAY nicer online, they did a great job on the pictures. It was a nice place if it was cheaper i guess. The people were very nice but the hotel itself needed alittle more fixing up. It looked like a new hotel online and when you arrive there, you can tell that they tried to fix it up. Not bad if you dont care about the hotel and amentiesand is probably nicer then someother hotels that are cheaper. okay.

We stayed in the Parc room. The view is not so great because these rooms face inland. But, they are accordingly less expensive. This hotel is on the other side of the street from the beach, so you have to walk along the public beach access sidewalk between hotels to get to the beach. Again, you're saving money accordingly. All things considered, this hotel offers a great value for Waikiki.

Clean room, view of ocean, close to stores. Truck noise by hotel late at night and early morning. The hotel was clean, beautiful view of ocean, staff very friendly and helpful. Ryan, the manager, was especially friendly and helpful. Our stay ended with a beautiful limo ride to the airport.

Wow our hotel was gorgeous and the rooms were very well kept and I appreciated the elevator security measures. I nevered wondered if I were in danger in the hallways. The restaurant was great also. Our doormen were more than helpful getting us to our destinations and the hotel personnel was very knowledgeable about where to go to get things. The Waikiki Parc Hotel is situated one block from Waikiki Beach and one block from the International Marketplace and shopping only surpassed in Hollywood. Our Waikiki Beach view from our room gave sunset a whole new meaning. Don't hesitate to stay here and enjoy all the amenities you can use while on the dream vacation.

We had a wonderful time in Honolulu, the hotel was very nice and clean, we had an ocean veiw room that was great, service was great. Close to all resturants and shopping area and only a few feet from the beach. We were married while we were there, and the hotel had a nice little gift for us when we got back. Everything was perfect.

The Waikiki Parc is in the perfect location for 1st time Hawaii visitors like us! Close to everything and in the heart of it all without being too noisy. The beach is about a 2 minute walk, as is all the shops and food you could want. The service was excellent, especially the valets, who were the best part of the trip and were helpful in every way. The room was cleaned nicely every day, they have towels/umbrellas/boards/chairs to borrow, and Nobu is excellent (although I would prob recommend Roys' just as much). Would definitely visit again! Not directly on the beach though (only negative) and pool is not really that great (go to the beach). But all the tour groups picked us up either right in front of about 50 steps away at the bus depot...perfect for tourists. Two thumbs up!

Close to beach, excellent staff, great ocean views, centrally located. Mountain view lanais, smallish rooms, small beds. The location was great and I enjoyed the smaller feel of the hotel. The staff was very smart and helpful with great communication skills between visitors and other staff. Beautifully decorated in all areas. Housekeeping was very friendly and happy. Mountain-view rooms have a nice view but the lanais are terribly small so we switched to an ocean view. The staff was great in this switch and upgraded us nicely. It was a great decision! Very nice views of the ocean and a great deck. Really saved the remainder of our visit. With a younger child you wind up in the room more than you might otherwise and it is nice to be able to still be outside. Good central location as we did not rent a car and were able to walk to a lot of places. There is a lot of construction in Waikiki right now, so that is disturbing noise wise but it doesn't matter what hotel you stay at.

it was fine, nothing special. furnishings were nice. kind-of-a poor attempt to make an old hotel look ultra modern. the walls in the room really needed some new paint. but really the hotel wasn't bad, just that the overall decor and feel were empty and not very functional or inviting.

For the most part this hotel was nice. The rooms were clean, but small. Beds were big, but to firm for us. The location to the beach is awesome. Some rooms with ocean views. There is a resturant in this hotel, but the prices were very expensive. The hotle offers room service meals as well. A room service sandwich cost ! However there is a Denny's a block away from the hotel that is open 24 hours. This hotel offers a hospitality room for guest checking out, but who have a evening flight. This service was very helpfull for us as we wanted to shower away the sand from the beach before climbing on our plane at 8:00PM

The parc hotel is awesome. This hotel is just a corner away from the beach with an oceanview so dont pay the price for the other hotels. The staff is so friendly and will accomodate all of your needs is they can. The rooms are nice and clean with great views to the ocean. When I visit hawaii again I will be staying at the parc hotel again.

The bed was comfortable. Everything else. Never paid so much for so little. One word. Underwhelming. I have nothing good to say about this hotel. The pictures online are very deceiving. The room is tiny, and with zero amenities, unless you count the standard coffee pot. It's as if they think that plain and boring is artsy.
