What are your breakfast options?: On property, we have our hotel restaurant, Heartbeat and in-room dining offers a full breakfast. For the on-the-go traveler, we have the W Café which has to-go coffee, pastries, etc. Please note breakfast is not included in bookings and we do not offer complimentary Continental breakfast.

W Café is open from 6:00am - 11:00am.
In-room Dining offers breakfast from 5:30am - 11:30am.
Heartbeat offers breakfast from 8:00am - 11:00am (Monday-Friday) and from 8:00am - 12:00pm (Saturday & Sunday).
What transport is available to get around?: We are located in New York City so there is an abundance of transportation options. We have our Acura Experience here at W New York that is a complimentary car service (drop-off only), that operates within the immediate Manhattan area. Our Door Ambassadors are always helpful in hailing cabs for our guests and/or town cars. We also have a car service that guests can make arrangements for. Many guests use this service for transportation to and from airports. We are also just a few blocks away from the subway.
What can I do nearby?: On property, we have Bliss49 Spa located on our 4th floor as well as the SWEAT (a 24-hour fitness facility).
Do you have internet?: Yes, we offer our guest complimentary Wi-Fi in our Living Room. To access the internet in guest rooms, there is a $14.95 per day charge.
Do you provide parking?: We offer valet parking for our guests. It is $65 per 24 hours for a Ssedan and $75 per 24 hours for an over-sized vehicle. Just pull your car up to the entrance of the hotel and our Door Ambassador will valet the car for you.
