| Valet was the only service to remember, the service part was all a good effort but they just did not make the cut...They tried hard but just don't have that W service standard yet. This was my second try at the W in YUL. We have decided that a new advanture for diff. hotel is in order. |

| This very stylish hotel is all about comfort. People actually go out of their way to satisfy your every need. The hotel is strategically located in the center of all the city's activities. Great for a romantic escape! We are looking forward to our next stay there. |

| The entire concept of the whatever whenever service so W, is thrown out the window at this hotel. Do not expect anyone there to go out of their way to accomodate you. When we went to ask for an umbrella on a rainy day (service that ALL 4 and 5 star hotels provide) they told us they ran out but e were welcome to buy one from them for 20! They were not able to accomodate us even once! Service was the worst I ever experienced in a 'fine' hotel. If you plan to stay in Montreal and would like a luxory hotel, try some other. They will give you your room two or three hours late, etc. |
