We were advised by the hotel that there were plenty of shuttles to Disney all day and night. That was not the case. The first shuttle was at 8AM and the last one was at 1:45 in the afternoon. When we arrived at the hotel we were suppose to have two non smoking hotel rooms next to each other and they were not ready when we arrived at 1:30 pm. We realized that check in was at 4PM but we had spoken to the hotel prior to our trip and they advised it was not a problem if we arrived early. They offered us smoking rooms which I cannot have as my wife has asthma. We wound up on separate floors just to get non smoking and had to wait over 1 1/2 hours to get the two rooms we were finally given. Maybe they need to hire some more cleaning people. We were given the impression there was one person per floor to clean.

Overall a 2 star property with a friendly staff, neutral rating.

My girlfriend and I were happy with our experience at the Orlando Vista hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was minutes away from all of the theme parks. The hotel's restaurant, Au Bon Pain, was good for breakfast and sandwiches, and the hotel bar was never crowded, which we loved. The hotel also has a weight room and nice outdoor pool. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a holiday-inn-like hotel at a Motel-6 price.

If you're just looking for a place to sleep in the Orlando area, this hotel is fine. Kids will like the wild colored decorating scheme, but guests over the age of 7 might find it a little too strange. If you're picky about your housekeeping, this may not be the place for you. Towels were replaced, but the sheets weren't changed daily. Over all, it was decent, but nothing spectacular. About what I'd expect for the price.

This hotel should not even be rated as a one star because of the way the room looks and other things I have described earlier.

Great price for an older but clean hotel that sits right at the gates of Disney world. The service was friendly and responsive. Overall a great value.

It's being converted to vacation condos. Not really interested in maintaining hotel features and services.

This hotel functions best as somewhere clean and safe to sleep while visiting theme parks all day.

The property was OK. The lobby was nice, the staff was nice, but the room was old with torn carpet and small bathroom.

The hotel is very convenient to Disney. It is on a busy road with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable. For a changed I like the pillows! The internet wireless is free but on the lobby floor only. The pool is ok, and you get a free paper every day. Overall, it is a very good value hotel.

The hotel has very friendly staff and the rooms were so bright and cheery. The hotel pool was great although we prefer an unheated pool a little better or at least a little cooler on a hot day! The hotel was nice. Wish we could've stayed a bit longer. Was under assumption that a fridge was in all rooms and found that that was not the case had to pay $10 for the fridge, but I have to say they were quick and very professional. The Au Bon Pain was great in the morning and the service was superb. Great people work in this hotel and that makes the difference!

Clean, very comfortable room with down comforters and lots of squishy pillows. The water pressure seemed a bit low on the 5th floor, but the shower was ok. The towels were large and thick. Overall, a good choice for coming back to after running around in the theme parks all day (and half the night).

Very Good location for park access. Room and hotel amenities are below par compared to previous hotels at same rating. Pool was very dirty and overall hotel was not the cleanest. Friendly, attentive staff.

Overall, the hotel itself is fine, and a great location to Disney World. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, large groups of teenage guests ran through the halls late at night and early in the morning shouting, screaming, singing, etc. It would have been nice if management could have tried to monitor this, but it probably would have been impossible to stop other than not booking huge blocks of teenagers tour groups in the first place.

Hotel was about to close and re-open as condo-hotel. It was obvious that they were not restocking hotel toiletries nor updating or maintaining their current facilities.

You cannot beat this hotel for it's convenience to the Disney Compound. Also, the staff were great, the rooms clean and nice. The pool area and hot tub were clean and neat.

The location was great- very close to most of the parks and there were many restaurants in walking distance. Free parking and free wireless internet service in lobby area was also good. If only there were refrigerator, microwave and business center-which was out of service at the time- it would be perfect. Overall, I enjoyed staying here.

I would recommend this hotel highly, I would definitely stat there again, and most comfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel. Service impeccable cannot believe it's only a 2 1/2 star hotel.
