No complaints except that a rather pushy receptionist seemed surprised and doubtful we had not used anything from the minibar, and did not address the fact that I told her there was nothing in the bar except two small bottles of water. I think she could have been a bit more attentive. I have to say all the other receptionists were friendly and helpful.

I had made reservations for Hotel Madrid back in April. When we got there Cheaptickets had failed to forward the confirmation to the Hotel. The Hotel staff was friendly enough and helped us out by putting us in a partner Hotel on the same block. I have since contacted cheaptickets in this matter but haven't received a reply/apology. While I can recommend both Hotels I can't say the same about cheaptickets. I think this might be our last trip with this travel agency.

Its in the middle of nowhere...between 2 metro stations which is like 10 mins walk fr either one. No free internet but the breakfast was good.
