Great staff, beautiful room, perfect location. Only negative- no pool. Luckily, the hotel in which my conference was taking place did have a pool, but it added cost to use that one.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Great location. There was not much to dislike about this hotel. Besides being located in a great spot, I liked the staff who were very accommodating and friendly and the excellent facility and the well-appointed room which was spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable rooms; incredibly helpful staff; located in the heart of the city within walking distance of the best shopping and restaurants: it was so worth it. If you're on vacation and want to experience the best Portland has to offer, this is the place to stay. It may cost a bit more, but why risk losing sleep and being uncomfortable? We'll definitely stay here again. Oh, and if you stay, be sure to check out the bakery adjacent to the Pazzo Restaurant. Delicious!

We've stayed here twice in the past year and we've loved our time here; the people are very friendly and the restaurant is great(it was closed this time for Christmas)but we've stopped here and eaten on other trips to Portland...check out the bakery...love the bathroom, beds, towels and general attitude of the staff...also cool to see the pets even though we don't bring ours along, especially at Christmas, many of the dogs are dressed up. Also, piano player in lobby is a nice touch while we're playing Scrabble. Close to many other restaurants including City Grill(30th floor)which is delicious and has a fantastic city view.

Very nice room with good accommodations; huge lcd tv; big jacuzzi tub. The only thing we didn't enjoy was not having a window in the room. It felt like we were on the inner cabin of a cruise ship. Some sort of notification about "no window in this room" would have been nice ahead of time. There was a skylight that was not visible from most of the room due to the angle - unless you were right below it on the nice couch. Also, the TV, while big and nice, didn't turn towards the sitting area very much - stays pointed mostly at the bed.

Exceptional staff, unique character, clean well appointed room. No parking. Absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Stayed twice - once in a Starlight Room, once in the Garden room. The Starlight room was fine, though I expected more of the ceiling to be windows! It wasn't particularly large, but was nicely furnished. Mostly had a view of the opposite building and not stars. The free valet parking was wonderful, though. The second stay, in the Garden room, was great! Very comfortable. Our own private hot tub on our own private lanai on the 9th floor - it doesn't get any better than that! Plenty of towels, and the hot tub was plenty hot. Also liked the fun animal print robes. Ate at the restaurant, and it was good - the grilled chicken salad I had for lunch was really nice, though the portions were pretty insanely large. My boyfriend and I found that sharing a meal made it just about perfect.

Beautiful hotel! We missed the wine reception by 5 minutes but the clerk sent a bottle to our room as a good gesture! Loved everything about this hotel. Nothing negative to report.

We had an excellent experience at Hotel Vinatage Plaza! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! Anything we asked for we recieved. The restaurant next door was wonderful and our room was incredibly cute, comforatble and clean! We all loved the hotel (especially the free wine tasteing in the afternoons) and would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous room, friendly staff. Hair in the bathroom on arrival. Truly Vintage with a modern twist. As you enter the lobby you are greeted by dark oak and tile floors. The furnishings are chic modern and the contrast works well.

This was a great little hotel. I believe it was recently remodeled and did a great job. Rooms were contemporary and spotless. Beds extremely comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. They were quick to help w/directions, suggestions for good restaurants, etc. They have a wonderful complimentary "wine happy hr" starting at 5:00- a great way to start the evening. The hotel is only a 7 min walk to Powell's Book Store and 10 min to the Pearl District. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only negative-overnight parking is $31.00. A little steep to me for Portland...

I stayed at Vintage during the July 4th holiday and found the hotel charming with rooms named after wineries that we just visited in Willamette. The staff is courteous, helpful, and accomodating and offered us coupons for the attached bakery since they didn't serve continental on the 4th. For the price and service I would definitely stay here again.

An attentive staff, newly refurbished rooms, attractive price, and central location made this an excellent base for a short Portland vacation.

Upgraded us to king spa room great front desk. Another great kimpton experience. Spa tub being filled next door a little noisy. Great hotel downtown. Can park at nearby city smart park for $7.00. Front desk great. Cozy lobby.
