The Hotel Vintage Park is a historic boutique hotel in downtown Seattle. Located across the street from the Seattle Public Library and within six blocks of shopping, theaters, and the Seattle Art Museum, the winery-themed hotel appeals to couples and leisure travelers. The hotel is six blocks from the Seattle waterfront area, where sailing, parasailing, scenic cruises, and fishing excursions are available (surcharge). The hotel's fine-dining restaurant, Tulio, specializes in regional Italian cuisine using fresh local ingredients. The parlor-like lobby hosts complimentary wine-tasting each evening and complimentary coffee and tea service each morning. Guests have access to a business center and fitness center at the Hotel Monaco, one block away, and discounted passes are available to a health club three blocks away. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel. The complimentary Om Away From Home in-room yoga program includes the Yoga Channel and a basket of accessories for guest use. Deluxe rooms have the best views (including views of Mount Rainier), and although the bathrooms are small, they do have attractive granite counters. The manager of this hotel does an excellent job in recruiting, training staff and giving attention to details for a clean and well maintained hotel.

Great place to stay. Sleeping in the bed is like sleeping on a cloud. The room is very comfortable and the staff are very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place to all, we will definitely stay there again. Location is also perfect for downtown.

Friendly staff, great coffee, wine bar and selection of newspapers. Room was small and bathroom was even smaller. Nice boutique hotel and located in downtown Seattle. Hotel was within walking distance of Pike Place Market, convention center, shopping and restaurants. Well appointed rooms with very comfortable beds.

I did a web travel search for hotels in Downtown Seattle. I wanted to be right in the heart of downtown because I didn't plan on renting a car and wanted it to be easy to get around. When I did an online travel agency search, the results that were in my price range were all relatively moderate level hotels with only a few stars. Hotel Vintage Park caught my eye with their beautiful decor and proximity to many of the tourist attractions I planned to visit. So convenient to take the bus, which by the way is free before 7pm in the downtown area! Easy to walk to Pike Place, take the monorail to Seattle Center, shop in downtown...very relaxing! Hotel Vintage Park also has its own restaurant which isn't cheap, but it is very convenient. If time is not an issue, I would probably try some of the other excellent restaurants in the area. The hotel offers to hold your luggage both before and after your hotel stay so if you arrive before check-in or don't fly out until some time after check-out, you don't have to worry about lugging your baggage around with you everywhere. The rooms are nice and very well-decorated. I loved the hotel and would definitely stay here again [although probably not at full price, I would only pay the discounted price]. What can I say? I love a great deal!

The room, billed as a deluxe king, cost nearly $200 on Orbitz. I expected real glitz and luxury. We arrived to find that valet parking was an additional $30/day for paid guests. Being that none else was available, we sucked up and dealt with it. Check-in was quick and efficient. The small room had been decorated in an attempt to hide old, shabby bones: big wall/window treatments on tiny windows, thrown-together bedding (folded-under flat sheet with no fitted one) on a bed with a hump, curved curtain rod on the typical tub/shower combination, fresh paint on the beat-up or rotting door trim in the bathroom. For nearly an hour some guy was shouting and cursing in the street below at someone in the adjacent building. The next morning we were told hotel personnel had finally run him off. To their credit, they comped our parking fees to make up for it. Overall, it was not a good experience and I wouldn't go back. Our stay at the Pan Pacific was much better;

We stayed here 6 nights for our honeymoon. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Pike's Place market, Safeco Field, the Underground Tour, and surrounded by excellent dining options. The room was small with a poor view, but very clean and well decorated. Be aware that parking is $30.00 a night and NOT included in your room rate, the other option is the public garage across the street for $28.00 a night, after some haggling the hotel waived the parking fee which saved us $180.00 The staff was very curtious and friendly. We loved the wine reception each evening. Tulio's the resturant in the hotel is wonderful.

We were only in town overnight, but I had stayed here before on business so was familiar with the hotel. It was just as I had remembered. Clean, well maintained, comfortable beds. The restaurant, Tulieos, is great Italian food. This hotel is super convenient to shopping and the Market. Park your car with valet and walk everywhere. Also, take advantage of the free wine tasting, but get there on time to get a seat.

We were in town to see Dane Cook at the Key Arena. We arrived at the hotel at 5 pm, valet parking ($30/day ouch) then into the hotel for check-in. Very friendly and helpful staff. We then enjoyed an hour of complimentary wine and sangria before going next door to the restaurant (Tulio) for dinner (very tasty). Our room was very comfy and decorated nicely. Not your typical hotel style decor. Big flat screen, nice sitting chairs and very comfortable bed. I felt very hip staying here! Upon inspection of the room, when my husband opened the closet door he found that we had robes to use during our stay. Not white terry cloth, but animal print robes! Then when he opened the other door to the closet he found that there were animal print cami and boxers available for purchase! We didn't buy these but it was entertaining to have them in the closet! Anyways, it made the hotel a bit more unique for sure. After our dinner, we walked over to the monorail. It only took about 10 minutes (if that) to get there. We then hopped on the monorail and rode it to the Seattle Center. The location was perfect for any downtown experience. We slept great that night. In the morning we ate at Tulio again and loved every bite. Check out was at noon. We will definitely stay here again. Great price (we saved $75 by using orbitz over the actual hotel website), Awesome hotel choice.

Fantastic in every respect! It represents whatevery boutique hotel should be private, pleasant, comfortable, an escape while traveling. Our had a severe smoke smell the first day that would not go away. However, the hotel staff & management went above & beyond to make things right. A very nice find in a great city! We will be staying there in the future! The location is excellent within easy walking distance to everything & easy access to the I-5 freeway. Service was top notch in every facet. We had an unfortunate incident the first day when we received our car. It absolutely reeked of smoke that did not dissipate even after driving with the windows down all day. However, upon our return, when we brought up the situation, the valet and front desk staff did a fantastic job of immediately addressing our irritation.

I flew home from California after getting in car accident and was on crutches,with my dog and this hotel was awesome. They helped me all the way and even with my dog. The restaurant Tulio ia great and you can have in room dining.The staff was friendly and accomodating. The Wi-Fi, wine gatherings,service and overall feel of this hotel was great.I would definitely recommend but is a little pricey for some. Enjoy!

"We liked this hotel. The rooms are a little small, and the price is high, but not for the location, in the heart of downtown Seattle. The room was very pretty, and all of the furniture and the bed are very plush and fancy. The staff was great, and even brought us a free bottle of wine when we had a little problem with our phone (which they fixed right away). "

It was our first visit to Seattle and I have to say, staying at Hotel Vintage Park really enhanced our vacation there. Loved the size of the room, large flat screen TV, located very conveniently downtown but quiet corner. Extremely comfortable bed.
