The hotel was in a very convenient location, the staff were very friendly and efficient. We were in Valencia for the Formula 1 when prices were very expensive but we thought the prices at this hotel were kept within reason. The only disappointment for my grandson - there was no pool or gym facilities

Location. Nothing. My most essential requirement is quiet, next is comfortable, next is surrounding restaurants. This hotel has it all.

Fantastic Hotel and staff for the price. Parking in the centre of town with bars and food close by. The staff were very helpful. Room and bathroom where clean and nice.

The Hotel is geared towards Americans. Except for the marble, it was the most ""unspanish"" hotel we stayed in. Because we had prepaid, we got a little room with no view. The hotel is very clean and in walking distance to the RENFE Station and the old city center. Since our room faced a black tar roof with AC units and another high wall, we did spend no time in the place.

The staff was helpful; the rooms were lovely and comfortable. Can't think of anything I didn't like. I would definitely recommend this hotel chain and this hotel in particular to anyone who wants a central location and a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.

Very convenient location within walking distance of cathedral, old town, restaurants and bars. Boutique hotel with good sized clean rooms. Tried the hotel restaurant one evening and would recommend - excellent food and friendly service. Breakfast is buffet style 18 euros - quite expensive but high quality food. Plenty of cafes nearby much cheaper for a more basic breakfast. Stayed in non-smoking room on first floor - only reservation was some noise heard early hours due to location of room above restaurant and could hear staff cleaning up at about 3 am. Otherwise a very good hotel highly recommended for a city break.

Everything! Room, location, service, etc. Fabulous. Not a thing I didn¿t like! This hotel was the bets one of the entire trip we had. We stayed din two other 4star hotels, one in Seville (euro star), and one in Granada (don¿t remember, it was an upgrade) and the lees was by far the best of all three. We had a top floor room, which came with a balcony about the size of the whole room, which was by no means small. Everything about this hotel was superb. We even took everything out of the mini-fridge to use for personal items, and were not charged. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Valencia. The location was primo!
