The hotel was in an okay location. It was about a 15 min walk to the Cathedral area. There are busses out front that takes you into the centre of town. It is also about a 5 min walk to the bus to La Alhambra. The room I was in was clean and quiet. The one complain is the customer service. Most of the guys at the reception were not very friendly or overly helpful. This really put me off. So do not expect much from customer service. It is just a clean, reasonably convenient located hotel, at a reasonable price.

The staff here were great, especially an english speaking clerk. Location is downtown, 10-15 min taxi rides to Almaicin and Alhambra.

Hotel was immaculate but lacked any form of atmosphere - almost anteseptic. Was reasonable value at the very reduced price of 33% of advertised normal rate, but then added tax onto the price advertised and after advertising parking, charged 14 Euros plus tax for that facility. The "advertising" implies that there are far more facilities available at the hotel than exist. Typical featureless, corporate venue. I would certainly not pay the advertised normal rate as I would expect far more than this hotel has to offer.

Ottimo albergo situato all'inizio di una delle arterie principali della citta' che dirigono verso il centro (raggiungibile in 20 minuti di passeggiata o da un numero considerevole di linee di autobus).

Very nice hotel - rooms are a good size and clean. Gracious, multi-lingual staff who will recommend places to go and call you a taxi to go to other areas of Granada. Short walk to the plaza de toros (bull ring) that has several great tapas bars. Huge construction job right outside the hotel makes it dusty, noisy and adds several euros to your taxi ride. No public phone. Wi-fi available for a price.

Well positioned, easy to find, large, impersonal but helpful. Staff park and retrieve your car for you. Excellent views over the Alhambra from 13th floor and above.

The air conditioning was not working in the bed which we stayed and when the reception did not offer any solution when the problem was reported. For a four star rated hotel, this place is in serious need of renovation and refurbishment.

Hotel staff very helpful, nice sized rooms and amenities. Hotel a bit further away from most tourist areas - about a 20 minute walk. Lots of construction in area made it hard to drive to.

Modern hotel with fabulous views over the Sierra Nevada from our room in the 15th floor. Diffficult to find the hotel entrance off Granada's one way system, even with a sat-nav!Hotel is in a business district in city centre, 10 mins walk to historic tourist attractions. Quirky hotel parking arrangements, but otherwise a competent and friendly welcome, (unlike many places I have stayed in Spain, where service standards can be lower than my liking). Clean and spacious room, with flat panel TV, broadband, marble bathroom and minibar etc. Good value rate, and bountiful buffet breakfast. Impressed with what I got for €90/room/night. I'd go back.

The hotel offered car-parking service which was very important to us as we travelled by car. The hotel is not in the centre of Grenada but very accessible by public transport or taxis which are very affordable. A good hotel to stay for a few days, if you have a car.

This hotel was on a main street leading into town which helped towards a quick and easy locate. The staff were helpful and rooms good value although t.v was a pay extra service (10 euros) as was the car parking (13 euros). The main night life was approx 600m easy walk down the main high street and proved to be a good night. I suspect this hotel is mainly aimed at business folk with a small thinly staffed lobby bar (August holidays) but was a perfect tourist base for a quick weekend stop over in Granada.
