La Francesca villas and resort: a green oasis on the sea of Cinque Terre
Open all year around: 55 houses and apartments from 2+1 to 6+2 beds with kitchenette, bathroom and terrace, in a marvellous park overlooking the sea of Cinque Terre; the ideal place for a holiday immersed in nature.

The Village is situated on Liguria Eastern Riviera, between Bonassola & Levanto, in a protected area (15 hectares rich in trees and flowers typical of the mediterranean regions) close to the National Park of the Cinque Terre. The microclimatic features of La Francesca are due to its favourable position facing South and protected from the North winds. Medium temperatures, in fact, during the coldest months seldom fall below 10 and weather is dry and sunny for most of the year and windy in Summer. Rains, sometimes violent, sharpen underwood's perfumes, while in Winter citrus fruits grow ripe and roses come out with no risk of frosts. Tourists, who nowadays are more and more desirous to find unspoilt places, find in La Francesca the ideal place for a stay in all seasons. There, they can go through old tracks and discover landscapes, scents and natural flavours. The hotel provides the facilities like bar, parking facilities-at cost, pets allowed, reception, restaurant, swimming pool-outdoor.
We do not accept reservations for a specific cottage; preferences will be satisfied with an extra cost of Eur 50,00 only if the cottage is available. It cannot be rent by a number of people exceeding the one indicated in the price-list (infants included).
Pieces of furniture and equipments such as chairs, covers and towels cannot be taken out of or moved from a cottage to another.
Parking: free in the areas indicated (1 car per cottage, except vans and SUVs).
Damages: guests on arrival will check up the good state of furniture and fittings. Any missing or damaged item has to be notified immediately. Repairs will be carried out as soon as material and stuff are available. For non-urgent and out of office hours' assistance (before 8 and after 19) an amount of Eur 10,00 will be charged.
Complaints are taken into consideration only if they are brought to our attention on arrival.
Take care of your own personal belongings; we are not responsible for thefts or damages caused to vehicles.
On departure guests have to replace furnishings in the original location, wash up dishes, clean refrigerator, put bottles, papers and rubbish in the proper containers, turn heating and power switch to OFF. Eur 50,00 for non-compliance.
Visitors: they have to be notified to the reception for enregistration. An amount of Eur 15,00 is charged for this. Unauthorized persons will be advised to leave immediately (art. 614 of P. C.).
Sport equipments and swimming-pools: access permitted with respect of the regulations in force.
Pets: admitted with vaccination record and anagraphic data. An amount of Eur 8,00 is charged. Not to be taken onto the beach, to the swimming-pool, bar and restaurant. Owners are requested to pick up excrements.
