The Villager's location is ideal, very central to all areas of Lincoln. The room was larger than I expected and it even had a refrigerator. I only wish it would have had a hair dryer, but no biggie because I brought one just in case. The staff was very accomodating and even though the hotel is old, one can tell that it was quite something in its day. The staff does keep up with repairs and modernizing it. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast. Amazing bakery!! Overall, it was very good value and excellent service. I will stay there again in the future.

Staff was excellent. There was hair in my daughter's soap. Great location, easy parking, great staff, nice to have a restaurant on the premises.

Convenient, roomy. Paint in bathtub, no outside phone service. OK but overrated. Showed wear on outside. Basic room fine, bathroom outdated and paint splattered in tub area. Staff pleasant.

Close to was I needed to go? No hot water, had to slam do to shut it, loud. I will never stay at this hotel again, couldn't sleep because of the people next door, hotel personal seemed put out when I asked them to call the room and ask them to quiet down. There was no hot water to shower.

Nice people at the front desk, made check in nice. Room needs to be updated, and cleaned better. It was ok. I would stay there again if I needed to be in that neighborhood.

Price. Smells like somebody had just smoked. Price is great, room is okay.

Nicely updated didn't look old. Could of been dusted better. Floors were a bit dirty. It is very nice. I was told to check out at 12 p.m. It is 11a.m. for your information. It was nicely updated inside looked nice. Has a very nice atmosphere.

The lobby and location was good. Shower head was a harsh windstorm. The air conditioner should have been cleaner and quieter. For a football weekend the price was right, location was great and they were available. Cleaner carpet, a better showerhead and a clean, quiet air conditioner/heater would have really improved the stay.

Quiet, loved the price. We have no complaints. Our room was very clean, early breakfast suited our travels. It was very quiet, even though it was sold out, I would sure come back.

The staff was outstanding and friendly. We didn't have a remote and they found one for us. Cobwebs on lampshades and torn bed spread. It was fine but not in a good location for what we needed. We got charged for cereal instead of it counting in the free continental breakfast. Rooms were obviously newly renovated but not coordinated. The staff could not have been friendly or nicer.

Location. Continental breakfast is a little cheesy. Shows its age. Could use a coat of paint. Rooms are not painted the standard issue white, which is a welcome change from most motels. Reasonably priced. Mattresses and pillows firm like I like them to be. I would gladly stay there again.
