We are less than a mile from two golf courses and eight miles from Cottage Grove and Dorena Lakes. University Of Oregon in Eugene is 25 miles away. Village Green Resort features spectacular gardens, restaurant, heated outdoor swimming pool and spa, meeting and conference rooms, laundry facilities and complimentary cooked breakfast. Offered the Escape Package in a Deluxe room. Includes two entrees and a bottle of wine.. Room had a private patio (adorable) and a cute fireplace.. although we didnt need it! Hot buffet breakfast in the morning with the room rate.. gardens galore and beautiful! Will stay when traveling back and forth on I-5!

We were able to take our little dog, Abby, and she was very good. Our price for the suite included a hot breakfast and a fabulous dinner each night. The grounds were beginning to bloom and the trails were great. A wonderful way to spend our 45th wedding anniversary. We spent the 2nd day of our honeymoon here 45 years ago.

My room was clean and updated. Also, there was a good band in the bar. Some rooms in our group were outdated and not very comfortable. The location is great and I would stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some rooms in our group were nice others needed updating.

The Village Green Resort has spectacular grounds to walk. The gardens are unbelievable. For any gardener, this resort is a must. The pool area was very family friendly, but also had specific adult time to enjoy as well. The onsite restaurant was great, and the breakfast hit the spot. The beds in the room were just ok. There were some buildings that were being remodeled, so hopefully with the remodel will come new comfortable beds. The rooms are also pet friendly. We'll be back for sure.

Original room was not cleaned when we went in . She immediately upgraded our room. Some of the buildings look like your pulling up to a carport.

The Village Green was easy to find and accessible to restaurants and a tour of the city's many murals & covered bridges. The staff was very friendly and helpful, although we did have some problems with the internet in our room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, pool inviting, and a good, complimentary breakfast in the dining room. The also offered a discount on drinks, and lunch, in their on-site lounge (w/music) and restaurant., which was handy. Room was nice and with a small patio with a rear exit to the pool. We'd definately stay again and refer to our it to our friends.

The staff, especially in the restaurant was friendly and helpful. The hotel is under renovations and not all rooms are renovated. Our room was not renovated. This hotel was a real treat. It is conveniently located with easy access to the freeway. It has lovely surroundings with beautiful gardens and trees. One of the things we liked best was the restaurant. Breakfast was included with the room and a full, hot breakfast was available every day. The restaurant also had early dinner specials which were real bargains, and the food was consistently good. There is a cozy lounge with nightly live music and the lobby area features a big fire place, great for warmth and conversation. The hotel also offered several other perks, like complementary drinks or wine. We definitely recommend this hotel and will be going back again.

This motel is in the process of remodeling it's rooms. We did not stay in one of the newly remodeled rooms but ours was still very comfortable. This is an old motel built in the late 60's and was at that time a 4 star motel. The owners are now trying to bring it back to that status. The staff was friendly and it has a nice restaurant. There is also fast food resturants very close.

The complementary breakfast buffet was excellent. The heating system was dated and did not heat up the room quickly. This hotel has great potential. The grounds are beautiful (even in the rain and snow!). A good value for the price. The complementary breakfast buffet was plentiful and of good quality.

Cozy, comfortable and clean. Great value. I would have like Internet access in the room, the restaurant buffet was mediocre and the restaurant service was bad. We had an "older" room that we found comfortable and nice. This is not really a resort type room but for the price it was better than most of the 3 and 4 star hotels we stayed at on our trip. The breakfast buffet was included in the price but was not as good as described. Restaurant service was poor as well. Still, for the rate, being able to eat something is a nice benefit. This hotel reminds me of a nicer Best Western or Microtel. I would recommend it.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, garden patio off room. Bed was hard. Close to freeway, hot tub and pool open all year, lounge entertainment, nice decor, close to shopping, very clean.

Nice gardens. Not all sections updated or remodeled; we got the old section. Someday the whole place will be nice, but now there's a huge difference between the "good" rooms and the "old" ones.

Covered patio, close to local attractions. Still under renovation. Generally, the motel is well priced and a great value. Undergoing renovation with some cosmetics issues. Felt that motel was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Did not eat in their facilities.
