We had booked the hotel for 3 nights, but checked out after 2 nights. The hot tub was not working, understandably it could have happened after we booked, but they should have called to tell us. Might not be important to some people, but we booked because of the indoor pool AND hot tub as we have 2 kids under age 9. The parking is atrocious! Hotel guests do not have designated parking as the hotel is attached to a casino. Both nights, came back to the hotel before 8:30 pm and could not find a spot anywhere! Had to park 1 1/2 blocks away, on an un-lit side street and worried about the car all night. As a guest paying money for a room, one should not have to park 1 1/2 blocks away. The "family" restaurant messed up our breakfast order too and the food was not worth the 45 min we waited it One too many things went wrong for us, which caused us to not complete our stay with the hotel. The staff apologized for the parking and the hot tub being broken, but that was it. The parking problem is apparently a commmon complaint so the staff is likely sick of hearing about it from guests, so there was no compensation whatsoever. We were very dissapointed, didn't stay the 3rd night, and went to another hotel, which was much better. Definitely would not stay here again. There's a ton of other (better) hotels in the area for the same amount of .
