| What can I say, rooms moldy, you have to scream to get anything; that is suppose to be all inclusive- WHAT A LIE!!!! Could not get bottled water, staff said it was not part of all-inclusive. Not 24hours of snacks, and drinks. Management staff- what is that!!! Could never find a Manager any given time of day. Only good thing was the weather. Do not go here, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. We cut our vacation short, and paid more to change airfare, what a horrible experience. |

| bad customer service - not willing to help to resolve reservation problem with travel agency- I had to pay 30.00 out of my pocket for a phone call to travel agent.you can smell dampness in the hotel rooms.beach resort? they do not have direct access to the beach! you have to take the shuttle!the resort was almost deserted - we switched to Allegro next door - completely different atmosphere and service. |

| Good- The Staff was very nice.The beach and the pool were great.They keep things clean and as nice as possible. They do not measure the rum Bad-The rooms are average, clean but need updating. The suite was the only option for us.The food is average.The snack bar has hot dogs and Pizza; not good. The checking was very hecked. We checked in on a Sat. with 900 locals. |

| The service was poor in terms of human quality. The attention, the liking, the friendliness, was not as it best. It seems that the employee there are not very contented with their work. Certainly was not a good experience for me. |

| We switched hotels 2 days into our trip. All of the locals go there on the weekends, and once they leave everything on the resort closes! They even canceled all activites! There was 1 bar open and it was not 24hr, all of the restaurants were closed except the buffet. There were bugs in our room and our beds. You have to check the bed for bugs and sleep with bug spray or you will get eaten alive. The managers did not seem to care that we were unhappy either. Also you have to take a shuttle to beach. There was no clock radio in the room and no 24 hr snacks. Everything was dirty as well. |
