Villa Tortugas Residence Akumal

Brand new in December 2008! Villa Tortugas is a group of 6 cozy studio units in a wonderful private jungle setting of landscaped gardens and mayan charm. Each studio is a stand alone casita with queen bed, en suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a kitchenette with everything you need to prepare light meals. Each studio also has its own private terrace looking out over tropical gardens towards the swimming pool. Two of the studios also have a single bed in addition to the queen bed. Great for an extra child or adult.

Villa Tortugas is built on one hectare of beautifully landscaped gardens surrounded by the mayan jungle. It features a wonderful fresh water swimming pool, plenty of hammocks, and is a great place for watching tropical birds and native wildlife.

The warm and friendly owners Denis and Silvia are on had to answer any questions and help you with any concierge needs that you may have. They also provide a free transportation service to the beach in the morning and afternoon, can arnage airport transfers for you, and for large groups they can arrange a traditional mexican meal to be cooked for you right in the gardens at Villa Tortugas.

Getting to the Hotel:

From Cancun Airport head south on the Carretera
Federal following the signs for Tulum.
You will pass Puerto Aventuras and then go
straight for 15 Kilometers.
You will find Sirenis Hotel on your left;
go on for 500 mt and follow the indications “Villa Tortugas” that you will find on the right.

Each room is provided with a kitchenette and all the utensils, for groups the owners can arrange traditional Mexican meals and barbecue.
