Built in 2005 and open all year round, our family-run villa provides spacious and stylish accommodation, with large balconies overlooking the white sandy beach.

The clear blue sea is just a few steps away from your door. The villa is colorfully styled and modern air-conditioned apartments offer all the comfort you need. Start your day with a breakfast out on the balcony and enjoy the rays of sunshine over the sea. You can prepare you own food from fresh local ingredients in your very own kitchen.

With the beach so close by, you can conveniently take part in a large number of water sports available. Alternatively, venture a little further afield and explore the sights of the old town Split which is only 7 km away .

From the Zagreb-Split motorway on exit Dugopolje, follow the direction 'Split'. 15 km before Split, follow the direction 'Dubrovnik' road mark (D-8), after 5 km you're on the entrance of 'Grand Hotel Lav' hotel which is about 300 meters away from "Villa Stipe"

In the proximity of the City of Split, 9 km South East from the center of Split lies the beautiful Riviera. Many colorful places and one of the most attractive is Podstrana. Podstrana is small tourist place of the Mediterranean ambience and abundant vegetation, situated not far from Split, the centre of Central Dalmatia. Podstrana is embellished by dense vegetation and the natural gift of the clean sea and it is an excellent choice for the escape from the everyday life.
The vicinity of Split, which is only 8 km away, makes it possible for the guests to visit museums, exhibitions and the Split Summer Festival. The nearest airport is 30 km away, while the ferry is just 10 minutes away, by car. After a first arrival, you will want to visit us again.
