Description:
The construction of Villa Sant'Andrea dates back to the year 1830 and was possible thanks to an aristocratic British family that found, in the landscape of Taormina, the ideal place to stay.This Hotel has been known since the fifties as one of the most exclusive in Taormina. It still conserves the charm of an antique and noble private residence. Precious paintings and antiques embellish the interior and make it unique in its style. Immersed in a park with subtropical vegetation, with its private beach, it commands a good view of the Baia di Mazzarò. Every room is comfortable and well lit and distinguishes itself from the others in decoration and furniture. Amongst these we find the prestigious 67 square meters Alfred Percy Trewhella suite, with its two bedrooms and double bathroom and a 60 square meters terrace with gazebo, couch, armchairs and sun loungers. The Tyron Power and Winston Churchill suites each come equipped with a hydro massage tub. The restaurant Oliviero proposes exquisite menus à la carte for romantic dinners by candle-light.
