All the rooms are well equipped with LCD flat screen TV and free high-speed Internet connection, free wi-fi and air conditioning. The hotel is located just a short walking distance from the Canal Saint Martin and Gare de l'Est, a lively area in the heart of the Tenth district. There is good public transport which gives direct access to major point of interest. The hotel is located in front of the Villemin Garden and next to a former Les Recollets convent. The breakfast room is located on the ground floor and gives a very bright impression with large windows, decorated in the same style as the lobby. Guests can use this room to relax or enjoy drinks as the breakfast room becomes a bar during the day. The hotel is a traditional style, 5-storey building. The lobby, medium in size, welcomes guests in a cosy atmosphere. There are a fitness room at guest disposal from 3 PM till 10PM. There is a convivial lounge bar open till late.

What are your breakfast options?: Breakfast is served from 6:30am to 10:00am in our bar room. It's a buffet breakfast so you help yourself and it's 10€ per person. It's composed of fruit salad, pastries like chocolate rolls, croissants, breads, toast, boiled eggs, a choice of meat and cheese, yogurt, orange and "multivitaminates" juice and hot drinks.
What can I do nearby?: The Hotel Villa Saint Martin is situated just 2 minutes' walk from the Gare de l'Est (East train station) and 2 minutes' walk from the Canal Saint Martin.

The most important is that the train station deserve the most important Paris attractions like the Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral, The Latin Quarter with the Sorbonne University, the Panthéon and the Catacombes of Paris and Montparnasse Tower where you can have a panoramic view from all Paris and the suburb from the top of this Tower. Moreover, we are not far from Montmartre and the Sacré Cœur, just 20 minutes' walk or you have a bus or metro going there.
When does your bar open?: The bar is open all the time because it's us at the reception who serve our customer during the day and the night, auditor during the night. We serve soft drinks like orange, apple and pineapple juice, Orangina, Coca-Cola, Schweppes, beer, water sparkling and still; and alcohol (small and big bottle of champagne), small and big bottle of red wine and small bottle of white and rosé wine. Whiskey, cognac, martini, ricard and gin, and of course coffee.
