3night stay in ParisI found the hotel great central location, clean and generally a ncie place to stay. Only bad point was breakfast. It was poor and we only ate here once. Apart from that a lovely place to stay!

While we travelled in Spring and it is normally cold in Paris it was warm overall. They had not turned on the air conditioning yet. The rooms could get stuffy but opening the window alloweed fresh air in and cooled the room off well. Overall the staff was friendly and courteous, they even helped us get around the city when we had questions.

Very small room and bathroom. bad music choice at reception and rest of the hotel.

We were very pleased to find how easy it was to navigate on foot from this location. Metra is just a couple of blocks at the corner of St. Germaine and St. Michael on the Yellow Line. Walkable distance with rolling luggage if you are coming/going to the airport. Lots of options to eat within 2-6 blocks. Rooms/bathrooms are small but clean and nicely appointed. Only disappointment was the lack of wireless internet except in the lobby (but there is no charge for use). Breakfast was very nice, although service fluctuated from day to day. Front desk staff was terrific and very helpful.

Good location. Very clean and lovely rooms. Ours was small but adequate. Nice staff.

The hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful and freindly. There was a problem on the Friday when we arrived back at the hotel at 10.50pm and asked for coffee and a brandy, we were told the bar had just closed and we could not have coffee, it was a shame as it spoiled the end to our evening to some degree, there was not the facilities in our room to make a coffee ourselves. I really would have expected to be able to get a drink and coffee at that time of night any where i stayed and for that reason would not stay again or reccommend the hotel.

The staff couldn't have been nicer. Very helpful. Small rooms, but in Paris that is to be expected I guess. Would stay here again, but would certainly pay for one of the larger rooms. My room was in the back and mostly quiet. Thin walls and doors so be sure to ask not to be placed next to a room with young children...

This is a very nice, neat, very well located hotel in the middle of the latin quartier, walking distance from lots of interesting sites. Only deception was the waiter in the breakfast, but this is paris, unfortunately sometimes normal behaviour."

Nice hotel, i think 4* is a bit generous though. Excellent location, the staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was very nice (if a little basic, but still all you need). Only complaint was the small room, and a little noisy due to thin walls (we could hear people moving around upstairs and next door), but I had read reviews about that previously so it was expected! All in all a nice hotel and reasonable value for money.

Great Location. Clean room. Small room which is normal for Paris. Would recommend to a friend. Would go back.

I think is the best area to stay in Paris, because is near of everything, Notre Dame, Sorbone, metro, Louvre, Plaza ST. Michel, restaurants, bars, etc.

Travelling with my daughter and having read the reviews, I requested a twin room at the back. when we were shown a room at the front I was assured the double glazing would prevent traffic noise. It didnt. When we complained we were offered a (small) double bedded room for the second night, as it was all that was available then, despite the fact that when I originally booked, the hotel was not full. Both rooms were minute and the beds were rock hard.

This was a boutique hotel in the latin quarter. The location was perfect. Lots of places to eat and shop close by. The metro is two blocks away and buses one block. You can walk to the majority of the main attractions. The room was definitely European small but nicely decorated and furnished. We got a full size bed instead of the reserved queen but stayed in the room. The front desk staff are very helpful and all speak english. They made reservations for us. We would stay again.

Very friendly and well placed hotel with good value for money consdering the pound/euro rate and that our stay was over new year. Breakfast is tremendous.

Excellent location. 5 mins walk to Notre Dame. Plenty bars, cafes and bistros nearby. Good hotel. Warm welcome. Good breakfast included in the rate (not sure if I would have paid for it if not included). Room very clean - as with most Paris hotesl on the small side. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel as our bedroom was on Rue D'Ecoles and it was noisy in the early hours of the morning on the street. All in all, a very good hotel. I woudl go back there.

The hotel is in a fantastic location in the Latin Quarter and only a short work from the St Michel Notre-Dame station. There are loads of bars, restaurants, shops etc near by with major attractions within walking distance, Notra Dame Cathedral, The Louvre. We went for a Superior room, which was really spacious, and like having our own apartment but without the kitchen (bathroom and sitting room down stairs, bed room upstairs, 2 TVs). Breakfast was included, it was mainly cold but there was a good selection and the option to have eggs, mushrooms and sausages for those that prefer a hot breakfast (or both!). The service was great and the receptions really helpful. They booked us a table at short notice in a great fish restaurant just a short walk from the hotel - L'Espandon Bleu.

Four stars made me expect more. The room was clean but it needs a renovation. The location is fine, but the normal rate for the room I stayed, 530e per night, would be absolutely too much to pay.

Nice hotel, right in the center so easy to walk everywhere. Stall very helpful and smiley (very rare in Paris!).Small room but well equipped and very quiet as we were not facing the street but a small courtyard.Very clean.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. They made us feel very welcome. The location is fantastic. Lots of nearby cafes, bistros, bars and restaurants. Only a few minutes walk from Notre Dame and other bustling tourist areas while at the same time the small streets round the back of the Hotel were reasonably quiet giving us the chance relax after a busy day sightseeing. Some people have mentioned the size of the rooms. The superior rooms we had were ample. If you are in Paris you should be out and about anyway.

Breakfast was included, but not worth paying extra for. Rooks a little small...but that is what you expect in central paris. The staff reccomended an excellent restaurant nearby, and the hotl is as close to as many amenities and attractions as you would wish for.
