Lovely hotel, you will get feelings like a quest at yours aunt or uncle villa. Very, very competent personal (owner and his wife), ask everything about sightseeings, beaches and restorants.I can recommend Petit Plage restorant for romantic dinner, it is apr 10 minutes from hotel Nina. The bathroom could be wider and the traffic on the street disturbed sweet dreams a little bit.

Stayed in an extremely small room with 'so called' balcony and seaview!! Too many rules and regulations ie: enter the lounge in the afternoon at 'your own risk!', if Stefan wasn't happy to serve drink in the lounge after a night out (after 11pm) then it was 'bed time'. Maybe if my husband and I had been a group of ladies it may have been better!!

Very nice location, near the beach, owner, Stephan, extremely nice, helfpful and kind person, cute lobby and interesting, creative lobby and common area where they serve brakfast. Small rooms a bit too near the street. Parking is the big problem in Juan les pins but with a bit of patience solvable, probably impossible in the july and august

Hotel bien situé à deux pas de la mer! Le centre ville (vie nocturne essentiellement) est à 5 min à pied. Le personnel y est très accueillant et sympathique... Ideal pour un court séjour ...

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Nina very much. The Hotel is a familydriven Hotel and the family was very kind, helpful and fantastic serviceminded. The trafic was a bit disturbing, but besides that we can give the Hotel our warmest recomandations. Nice breakfasts, admireable winecellar and great, as well as kind, management in a personal atmosphere. We would also give a comment versus the beach near by, which was recommended by the Hotel Villa Nina; The Plage. Nice people, good food and lovely beach in av relaxing and unformal atmosphere

The Villa Nina worked out great for us. I was travelling with two adult daughters and a 20 month old grandson. We were there for 9 nights. The location is great - next to the beach, children's park, fruit and vegetable market, a pastry shop, and good restaurants. Stephan was extremely courteous and helpful - better service than we've had at 5-star resorts! While the rooms were small, they were comfortable. If we were to return to Juan-Les-Pins, we definitely would stay at the Villa Nina.

We have stayed in a spacious double room with balcony. Everything was pretty descent, the only thing I didn't like was this oddly looking wobbly wardrobe, you can find it on the pictures it looks like red telephone booth. Room service available only before 12, so it several times interfered with us being in the room. All major attractions in the city center are within 10 min walk, beach is right next to the hotel. There is a train passing nearby, though it seemed not to be a problem, however street noise was quite loud. Sometimes it was also problematic to find parking. Overall it is the great place for the money, would gladly stay again.

Ideally placed just off the seafront at Juan Les pins. Friendly and welcoming. All i would add to the directions is if you are approaching along the coast road (N98), by the Plages Juan Les Pins, you need to turn off at the traffic lights with the Sawadee Azure restaurant on the corner (bright green sign). And Villa Nina is just under the bridge on the left. Parking can be found free along the street just past the hotel. Its handy for restaurants with all the main attractions and bars of Juan Les Pins only a few mins walk away. Restaurants on the beach, tables in the sand, dining by candlelight, water lapping yards away. You can't beat it.

Stephane, the owner, is extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is charming and oozes character. Breakfast out in the 'garden' is tranquil and you feel as if you are staying in a typically French residence, rather than a chain type hotel. Rooms are very small (they have made full use of all space), but if your intention is simply to sleep in them, rather than to relax/chill out in them, then it's a great hotel. It's also a nice walk into the centre of Juan along the promenade (approx. 7 mins). It is right by the train line; however the sea is right behind, so if you can cope with infrequent trains passing through, you can enjoy a pleasant view from the room.

Very nice hotel with a lovely garden. The host was very friendly and he wanted to give his hotelguests the best service. Unfortunately, we experienced that the sheets did`nt get changed in a 6 days period. This needs to be improved.

This is a very friendly hotel, well positioned, at the western edge of Juan-les Pins, which makes for a nice walk into the town centre, along the promenade, the rooms are very clean, and nicely decorated, and offer excellent value for money, there is a great bar around the corner the Brasserie de Square, where they made us very welcome, during our short stay.

Although located next to the railway, it's not too loud. Our room was quite small but newly remodeled. Very nice shower! Friendly and helpful service and reasonably good breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our three day stay.
