It has two apartments divided by outdoor stairs. On the upper floor there is a kitchendining room sitting room area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor has a kitchen with a mini bardining roomsitting room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with a private pool. The terrace has an outdoor fireplace and a wonderful sea view. Parking is also available.
