We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Liberty. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location of the hotel is simply fantastic for evening walks, but there are not many restaurants around.

First room was as on the photograph, nice and quite quiet. Second room was a little bit small and to the street, therefore quite loud.

The location is very nice. The rooms are clean and beautiful. 15 € for parking inside the car is too much. The service and Competence of employees was ok. A nice place where i will come back when i can.

At first access to your hotel, I know where your hotel is 'on the map', but I don' to know how tight the road is. At first, we walk from nearest subway station because I didin't know bus information. The road is very very tight. So, if you tell the visitors about bus information beforehand, your hotel may be perfect.

Very good value in low season February. The hotel lives up to it's description the only gripe being that our room was very cold on arrival - hopefully it was a one off.It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the Ponte Vechio and on into the historic centre. We arrived by car for which the hotel is well situated and it also offers private parking for a small extra charge.Overall we were happy with the hotel and would certainly return.

A dump with very friendly and not very professional service. Breakfast room is filled with a smell of raw sewage. You get very little but so is the price. This is our first and most likely the last stay in Italian *** hotels.

About 30 mins walk into city centre or good bus services. On site parking a bonus. Some OK local Trattorias (including one where we had a divine Tagliatelle e Tartufo). Overall a good hotel and nice and quiet compared to city centre.

Pleasantly old-fashioned hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly and all spoke fluent english. Maps, brochures etc.provided on request.Easy access to main town attractions; lovely 20 minute walk along banks of Arno or frequent bus-service available. Breakfast more than adequate; bedrooms clean, spacious and comfortable. Don't like fixed-head shower -but could live with it for a few nights!

Great place!!! Great staff! Great location for us (we had a car). Good rooms. We liked it a lot (comparing to Rome's Relais group vaticano). Book it if you like staying private and secluded and if you like walking. Didn't have breakfast, so nothing to say here. Wi-Fi works great! Staff very helpful and pleasant. Would stay again. Ciao

Awsome hotel. There's always someone around who speaks English (the owner is British). The room, though not huge, was very clean and very cozy. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the center of the city. However, the walk is quite nice as you mostly walk along the river Arno. Highly recommendable place to stay! Stayed another night as it was so nice.

It has been a good experience in general. We traveled with a dog and it has been a very confortable hotel as much the room as the hotel surroundings because of its location 20 minutes away from the historical center.

Only stayed in this Hotel for one night and it was great value for money. Takes about 20 minutes to walk to Florence City Centre. The room was spacious and clean. My only criticism is that the air con unit was a bit noisy. The staff were friendly and competent. Breakfast was very nice. The parking was secure which was a relief. But cars are jam packed in front of the hotel. But it was a piece of mind as my car was full of equipment, clothes etc for a 3 week camping holiday. If you're looking for a quiet and secure hotel and only 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Florence then I would recommend this hotel without reservation. Next time I visit Florence I shall stay at this hotel.

I expected more for the equivalent of $200/night. Claim of air conditioning exaggerated since it worked poorly in typical hot summer weather. Manager confirmed the AC was in need of repair. OPen windows resulted in many mosquitoe bites. Room wall light fixtures were replaced but walls were not repainted and holes were not filled. This property is nice and could be worthy BUT repairs sorely needed.

We stayed just one night. Room was spacious with high ceilings. Bathroom was clean. Walking distance to the city centre. The only donwside was the noise coming from the street. I wish we could have a room not facing the street.

The Villa Liberty exceeded our expectations! The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast was very nice, served in a lovely room, if somewhate crowded. The hotel is in a 100 year old building, decorated with antiques and in arte deco style. We thought it was charming, cozy, and comfortable.
