The first room I was in had TERRIBLE air conditioning - I think it was broken. Also, the toilet was placed about 1.5 inches from the shower door (you couln't even sit down straight!!). I was fortunate to be moved to another room with a good A/C unit and a normally placed toilet. Even though the A/C was good, it was only in the living room/kitchen - so the bedroom always seemed to be about 5 degrees warmer even with the ceiling fans on. I guess you get what you pay for! The hotel is 10-12 minutes walking distance from downtown. The staff is friendly, but in the evenings, the only person on site speaks Spanish, so you better know some espanol. The maid staff keeps the rooms well kept. The pool was nice and quiet when I was there.

My friends and I came here for the famed college spring break as seniors. This "hotel" is located in a run down area and offers no real natural or scenic view at all. I stayed on the first floor and noticed that the windows had no locks on them. Anyone could open it from the exterior and I felt extremely unsafe at night for myself and my belongings. Also, the bathroom was horrible as the toilet was placed literally right next to the shower door, meaning you had to angle your feet away from the shower door to properly sit down on the toilet and do your business. Also, do not leave your door open for any period of time, because we noticed a giant cockroach stumbling around our hotel room at night before going to sleep. This made me paranoid for awhile and I frantically looked around the whole room for pests before sleeping at night. This place also ran out of water for a good while for almost a day, and caused the toilet to not work, the shower to have no pressure, and no water came out of the sink. We were forced to use our purified water supply to brush our teeth! Needless to say, this place was affordable and that was the only plus about this place. We were on a budget yes, but I honestly would have paid a little more for better comfort. My friend suggested this place because of a previous stay, but don't trust anyone's judgment but your own. They may not have the same standards and values as you do. I wasn't expecting poshness, but something functional. This wasn't it for sure. Don't take your comfort for granted!

Seconds from downtown yet feels like you are away from it all. Nice little surprise. We came to Cabo a day early and stayed there til we could get to our timeshare. May well come 3-5 days earlier next year. Quiet, pretty, and free WiFi. Bad points? Coldest pool in all of Cabo, maybe all of Mexico. 3 channels on the TV, but why would you watch TV anyway. This would even be a great place for spring break. Really a small apartment, close to everything breakers want. You can see Cabo Wabo from your room. Block away. You can't hear it.Worth the money

We did not know that you have to leave the airport ... actually get outside the airport... to find our shuttle. We were swarmed with time-share people wanting us to sign up to visit their properties until we finally got outside the airport. They actually lie to keep you there saying they have your shuttle and it will be coming along in a few minutes. Do NOT stop in the airport once you pass through security unless you want to spend your vacation visiting time share properties! It was a very unpleasant experience. Our hotel offered little more than a place to stay, but the price was right! The pool was cold and uninviting with no bar service. The front desk offered no assistance unless requested. Therefore, you need to be quite self sufficient if you want to stay at that hotel and plan to have most of your activities away from the hotel. Helps to have good walking shoes. Taxi's ripped you off if you did not negotiate a price before getting in. Go to the Marina to find day boat tours and water activities of every sort. Lots of great places to eat... ask anyone you meet. Our five day vacation was perfect for us in Cabo because by then we had seen and done most of what you can do there unless you are happy to sit on the beach and drink.

If you are looking for a decent and convenient place to crash, this is it. If you want to hng out in the room for a while, this ain't it. Upside - right at entry to Cabo San Lucas. Down side - shows it's age and is way too close to the sewer treatment plant.

It was the worse service I ever had. The equipment in the kitchen was uncomplete, I had to beg for bed set for my kids. The personal was not too helpful. The swimming pool not safe, it got sharp edges...my kids cut themselves in it. It was a bad experience. I don?t recommend it at all.

"This hotel offers good value in a decent, secure location on the edge of the central business district. Hotel staff are pleasant and accommodating and common areas are immaculate. Minor problem with microscopic ants in room. "
