The charming villa is located in a quiet residential area approximately 200 metres from the Lido pier which is 10 minutes by boat to San Marco Square. About 500 metres in the opposite direction there is one of the top 10 best city beaches in the world.

Strongly recommended also for the modern practices followed in the attempt to enhance the healthy and harmonious environment. This is a non smoking hotel.
The 2-storey villa dates back to the Belle Epoque when Lido was one of the trendiest resorts in Italy. It is surrounded by beautiful and sunny gardens and it is painted red with green shutters at the windows.
Arrivals after 20:00 must be advised to hotel. Failure to do that might incur in inability to check in. Reception opening times are 7:00 to 20:00.
