The hotel is beautiful!!! The rooms are clean, private and awsome private balconies. The pool is amazing as its own as well as the hotel grounds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only down sides are be prepared to walk alot depending where your room is and the food at the hotel , although good, is pretty pricey. And also you need to rent a car if you are going to stay here.

Hotel is good for honeymooners who don't intend to spend much time outside their room. The staff is friendly and the room are nice. However, the amenities and activities are extremely limited to a good view and fairly limited pool hours. Value wise, I found iut a bit overpriced for the level of amenities

"This hotel was amazing! The food at the more casual restaurant was excellent, better than the Mirador. My only complaint was that I paid for an 80 minute massage and it ended in only 55 minutes. When I mentioned this to the clerk he said; there must be other people waiting. I was early for my scheduled appointment and paid for an 80 minute massage despite their scheduling errors. Besides this our experience was excellent, the food, the restaurant service and the room and the views were all excellent. I would recommend this hotel; but maybe not the spa."

"The setting, service, and food are the best we've had in the country. Elaborate, flavorful dishes live up to their menu descriptions, thanks to an experienced French chef. However, even water comes with a price, and the bartender could learn a thing or two (mojito=soda water, juice, no limes,little rum; banana daiquiri=frozen milk devoid of alcohol). For these prices, you should't have to consider bringing your own or sticking to wine and beer. "
