WE want to ask, why no phone in the room. WE needed to phone relatives about when we could visit them. Also, the shower was a little weak and it took a long time for the warm water to arrive. Some of the personnel at the desk seemed a little bothered by requests, the requests may have seemed unimportant or even stupid to them, but were important to us. I think they need to be more confident about themselves and not so shy. Thank you.

The night we stayed in the hotel, 300 students also stayed there. They were incredibly loud and rude, and the hotel staff refused to do anything about it. We had such a miserable experience, but the hotel did refund most of our money.

As a rest stop between flights, I did not expect much from this hotel as far as amenities and location. However, I do expect a hotel to be quiet, clean, and safe regardless of the location. In this case, the hotel was not quiet. We were constantly woken by guests coming and going. The doors slam when closing and the hallways echo very loudly. There is no air movement at all in the rooms (fan or air conditioning). The rooms got stifling very quickly. Since we were on the ground floor, we were reluctant to open the window but were forced to because of the heat. The open window let in parking lot and traffic noise, cigarette smoke from other guests, and mosquitoes. If you must stay at this hotel, get the top floor, open the window, and bring bug repellent!

Reasonable alternative and cheaper to the NHS hotel at the airport. Within walking distance of the town of Fischamend. Unfortunately there were 2 big tourist groups at breakfast. We had to sit outside, which is ok in summer, and had to wait some time for refill of breakfast items.

Generel review: Transport from Hotel to airport and airport/hotel is one of the best in time i had. The only bad thing : At 4.00 am containers and garbage boxes very loud on the floor, so i waked up at 4 and 5 am and could not get sleep.

Don't do as we did and take the train to Fischamend (there are no taxis near the station and you will have to walk into the village to call one) - just get out at the airport (the station before, if you are coming from Vienne centre) and take advantage of the free pickup service they offer. Apart from that we had a most enjoyable evening ordering Pizza from the very economic 'room menu' (it's a local pizzeria that delivers) and the transfer in the morning was fine too.

The hotel facilities were basic but good value for the price as it included a continental breakfast. It would be useful if the website and/or the booking confirmation included details for accessing the transport provided from Vienna airport to thr hotel.

Poor selection by Austrian Airlines caring for first-class passengers and their accompanying staff. I have recommened that all future trips by our organization NOT to stay at this property

Quality location for Airport travel. Overall a good experience. I travelled with my two dogs, and received excellent help from the Hotel Staff. Plus the inclusive shuttle price, was beneficial. Limited foodstuffs in the area, especially without a car. Would encourage the hotel to offer delivery items from local eateries to hotel patrons. Other than that, will definately stay there in the future. Quality stay at a quality price.
