We weren't expecting much, but were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was definitely walking distance to the falls and all the restaurants and attractions. The room is basic but had everything we needed. If you're trying to save some money and are mostly interested in being out and seeing the falls and other stuff, then this place is perfect.This is a great little launching pad for your Niagara adventures. A comfortable bed, clean room, clean bathroom and cable TV...what more do you need. The staff was also very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. "This is a family owned and operated motel. Probably one of the worst places I ever stayed at. The room had a hole in the wall, literally. I felt crammed. They have gone really cheap on this place - felt like living in the cardboard box. The cleaning staff did not even supply a bar of soap after being tipped.

If you're trying to save some money and are mostly interested in being out and seeing the falls and other stuff, then this place is perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They own the place, so they have a vested interest in your opinion. I will book here again when I visit Niagara.

Located within walking distance of almost all the major attractions and plenty of dining! This is a great little launching pad for your Niagara adventures. A comfortable bed, clean room, clean bathroom and cable TV...what more do you need if you plan on being out & about for the majority of your stay? The staff was also very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. I'm sure we'll be back!

"This is a family owned and operated motel. It is for travellers who are looking to stretch their travel dollars. The rooms are clean, and well cared for, but there is little in the way of extras. If you are looking for a clean room, with daily maid service, and have a cell phone, then this is the place to stay."

We were asked to conserve energy while we were there due to hot weather. Our rooms stayed cool while we were out. With no air on. Rooms were clean. Have no complains.

"I was impressed with the hotel and the hotel staff. The location was ideal ( right behing Clifton Fall and on the strip of lots of shops and restaurants) Doens't include room service, phone, iron, that stuff but who does when your going to be out everynight. I enjoyed the stay. Will come back to this very hotel next time. Great price, great location, even the breakfast was dee-licious!"

"The hotel was easy to find, right near cliton hill. Had a great view. The hotel information says free parking but they tried to get to me to pay, good thing I had the printout. The room smelled. When we first arrived the door was wide open and there were bugs everywhere. The bathrooms were tiny and the sinks had chips in it along with an odd working faucet. Good Hotel for people on a tight budget. 10 minute walk from Falls. I would come back to this hotel next time I visit the Falls. Staff was generally helpful. Wasnt so sure about the breakfast."

Area is overpriced and this inn is a great value. Family owned and staffed. Our stay was for two nights and inn used for sleep and breakfast. If you want amentities this is not the place. Very clean. Inn is in a great location and is underated on web page and other rating agencies. Great find for the family budget.

"My boyfriend and I travel to Niagara Falls once a year for our anniversary. This year we stayed at the Victoria Motor Inn, and our first impression was a smiling woman at the front desk, who informed us that she upgraded our room for free, as there was an open one available. Once in the room, crisp clean sheets awaited us, although stained blankets were on top of those sheets. No matter though, clean enough room for the proximity and $ paid it was a great value. Breakfast was good in the morning, good value - I'd stay here again easily."

What a great place to stay if you're going to Niagara. The location is ideal...On the main strip at the top of clifton hill and right in between both casinos! Very quiet and comfy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They even let me leave my car all day after I checked out. They serve the best breakfast by far in Niagara with the best prices by far! Will definately be staying here again!

"A clean well lit place. Very good location. No Phone - who cares-cell. Free Parking, though they will try to make you pay. I had copy of ad. Solved. Young male at check in needs training. Woman in am very personable. She let us keep the van there till laterin the day. $3.99 breakfast. Fit basic inexpensive needs well. Oh, couldn't get clock to set time - Canada must be off 6 hours! LOL!"
