Hotel Victoria in Toronto was very nice. Everything was clean, the bed comfortable. The room was maybe on the small size but still quite adequate and had a big wardrobe. The location was great, right downtown and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Toronto.

I think the best thing going for this hotel is its prime location (5 min walk from Union Station and right in the center of things on Yonge St.). The hotel was clean but the rooms on the smaller side. Don't expect anything great but if you want a decent hotel right near downtown without paying through the roof, Hotel Victoria fits the bill.

Wonderful hotel, very cozy and the service was fantastic. Front Desk rep even checked me in online for my flight and printed my boarding pass for me! Phenomenal! Hotel is within walking distance of EVERYTHING there is to see/do in Toronto!! I will definitely return to this hotel for my next trip to Toronto in February!

We stayed one night at The Hotel Victoria and were very pleased with the accomodation and location. Our family was traveling from Vancouver to Montreal on the train and had to stay over in Toronto one night. This hotel was easy walking distance even with our luggage, just a few blocks from the station. The room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom a decent size. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone taking this same trip or spending time in downtown Toronto.

I found the hotel very convenient for my conference which was taking place just a few blocks down at a the Westin. It was an easy walk down in morning and not necessary to take a taxi. Although I might feel differently if this was the dead of winter. The room was small but since I was not planning to spend much time in it I wasn't really bothered by that fact. Only real negative is it faced the wall of another building so it did not get any outside light in which was a bit disorienting. It was also an easy walk to the large downtown shopping center which was nice since I had a bit of time since I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and had a bit of free time. This hotel worked fine for what I needed.

We were looking for a hotel close to the VIA Rail station as we were arriving and departing by train--just spending overnight in Toronto. The Hotel Victoria was 2 1/2 blocks away, staff were friendly, room was small but clean and nicely furnished. If we travel to Toronto again, we will definitely stay at the Hotel Victoria.
