The services provided are not up to a 3*hotel standard. their receptionists need to be trained how to talk, to be polite and their restaurant staff need a proper uniform not slippers, geans and funny t shirts. it is not pleasant to see for instance their bar staff smoking behind the bar while on duty or that the person in charge for the lifts to tell you to use the stairs. I will not stay again there.
