Could not fault the apartment. Almost perfect. It was absolutely huge. Big TV, Big bed, big everything. Two different keys for two different doors to gain access to the apartment. Secure but a bit of a hassle. Beautiful location within easy access of the city centre. Helpful staff. Very clean apartment. Would recommend to anyone.

Very very nice :)My parents, husband and I had a wonderful stay at Victoria apartments. The rooms are large and spacious. Kitchen is well equiped. Location of the apartments is in a great location. Easily accessable. Our overall experience was truly amazing. If I am to visit Belfast again, I will definitely go for Victoria apartments

Business Stay in BelfastStayed 2 nights in the Apartment. Accommodation is really let down by the public hallway, which creates a "bedsit" atmosphere and is in a real need of a make over. That said the apartment was very nice with the sitting room and bedroom particularly good and comfortable. Even though the apartment was visibly clean and well services, the poor state of the public access leaves a lingering doubt about hygiene and undermines the effort in keeping the apartment at high standard

better than a hotelExcellent apartment with comfortable bedroom, well equipped lounge and kitchen, situated in a very pleasant suburb. Easy on street parking. Fve minutes walk to a very cosmopolitan shopping street with two supermakkets (Tesco and the CO-OP) and a wide range of interesting shops; cafes and restaurants.

GreatThis was an excellent and comfortable apartment for a one night stay. I arrived late and the concierge arranged for the keys to be waiting at a local hotel. Would recommend.

5 star more like 2 starHad to go up 4 flights of stairs wih luggage. Knob in bathroom door came away in my hand - lamp broken in bedroom and not enough toilet paper left. Would not recommend for business but might be ok if you are in Belfast on weekend break

Tasteful accommodation in lovely area... with a few small buts..Situated in a beautiful quiet tree lined avenue Victoia apartments have a super location just a short walk/taxi ride to the city centre. Fistly dont be put off by the uninviting entrance hall - The first apartment (because we needed to be moved!) was very spacious with living area and bedroom tastefully decorated - the bed looked very good indead - BUT the kitchen was very dated so much so the cooker did'nt work!! We were moved to another apartment that had recently been refurbised (but not finished) with a brand new kitchen and bathroom suite - this really was 5* IF the television had worked!!! All in all pleasant accommodation if facilities worked.

Good accomodation let down by poor cleanliness and maintenanceI have no faults with the sitting room and bedroom - all perfect - clean and smart. However the kitchen was very poor with greasy, sticky surfaces, grill pan with dirty grease in it, pans which were unusable because they were warped and also dirty with burnt on food. The bathroom had a kicked in bath-panel, a chipped bath and around the shower guard was a sticky, hairy lump of rubber where it joined the top of the bath.

Pretty good apartments!Large apartment on the ground floor was great, not modern but still very nice. Could be done up magnificently but it is not run down - adds character! Very comfortable stay, could easily stay there for a week or longer - everything is available in the kitchen - magimix, full cutlery and crockery, everything! Host was shy but thoughtful. Had a minor bit of trouble with the keys - they were difficult to work in the locks. Good location, close to restaurants and bus into town.

Very central location in Belfast - Parking at the facility was limited but situated in a safe area so on street parking was availableThe entrance & hallways are a bit uninviting but the accomodation was perfect for our stayQuiet building for rented accomodation - Would definately staying here again!!!

No hot water in a 5 star accomodation and nobody around to complain to on departure

I am not sure as to whether that are residential apartments in the same block as the one I stayed in. The hallways have that feel and are a little seedy. I probably wouldn't stay there alone again as it did feel a wee bit isolated but I would happily consider using them when with my husband as they were superbly furnished and very comfortable.
