| We did not receive milk in the bar fridge each day for coffee/tea, and the coffee was not replaced each day, with the result that we had to drink tea instead. |

| Location of the hotel is perfect, few minutes away from shops, restaurants and beach. Toilet was very clean. The room is modern and well-maintained. Housekeeping service is excellent too! I strongly recommend guests to stay at VIBE Hotel Gold Coast. Definitely, good value for money. |

| The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned when we got there and even after it had been cleaned the following day but the view in the room was absolutely awesome. Very close to Cavill too so lots of restaurant options, shopping etc. |

| The Hotel was just a room and a swimming pool that could have been found in any Motel. The bar was not open during the time we were there. Our room was not serviced during the the time we was there. On complaining, we were told that the rooms were only made up every three days. We stayed in this hotel about !2 years ago, when it was "The Concorde", and at that time it was a far better hotel. |

| I was very happy with my stay and intened on staying there again in the future, however the only concern i did have was the parking factor i paid $5 for my car to stay out on the street because there isnt enough parking to accomodate for the amount of people. |

| Very modern decor, room was large and very clean. Nice balcony that faced the mountains. Staff were very friendly. Very close to the hub of surfers, across the road from a large supermarket and on the bus route. Would definitely stay there again |

| The facilities were adequate but very basic.
Bed was way too hard.
I also found a cockroach near the bed area.
Cleanliness needs to be rechecked.
Location & transport though was very good.
Staffs were excellent.
Lighting in the room was quite poor. |

| Our initial room was very nice and clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable! Unfortunately all we could hear and feel (from vibrations) was the air conditioning unit from Cheveron Towers. After notifying the staff from Vibe hotel, they were very kind and moved us to a different room where we couldn't hear or feel the noise. We'd give it a 8.5 out of 10! Will definately be back! |

| had paid for 2 nights parking and only had my car in for one. hotel needs to reserve these paid spaces. was not happy. everything else was good. nice people at reception. |
