Had a bad stay here - didn't get what we booked; parking is ridiculous; most staff are unfriendly; lifts were slow (there's 2 and only 1 takes u to the carpark. Am from Brisbane and had a bad experience so can't imagine what people from other states or overseas think when they stay here and get the same experience as me. Was my first time staying there and will definitely be my last!

Excellent refurbished room. Recommend Aqua View room over looking the canal surrounding Chevron Island and views to the hinterland. Great king size beds. My only complaint was the unexpected $5 per day parking charge and the limited secured car park spaces. Upon returning late evening I had to park to the adjoining block with no security and was still charged. The outdoor spa jets could be improved. It only bubbles up more like a fountain in the centre instead of theraputic side jets.

Not awful, felt a bit like a glorified backpackers, but the views up the river were great. Car parking was a nighmare.

I was so pleased to have been able to stay at The Vibe via the [your website]special rates. Location is everything and really clean and comfortable. Not there long enough to enjoy all the facilities however am sure they would have been great.

We stayed in a King Room and had great views of the river - room was more than adequate for what we wanted. The bathroom was small but clean - I'm not a great lover of the shower in the bath so this was a disappointment but the rest was great. Would I stay here again - without question.

Great location, no need for cars. Some hair in the bathroom and some dusts on the mini bar. fantastic view and good breakfast. Service was good but no smiley faces.

My daughter and I were very pleased about the room, location. I highly recommended this hotel to my friends. Very closed to everything specially the beach. The bus is very accessable as well. One thing though, nobody help us to bring our big lauggge or ports to our room....due to long distance of trave (is this a normal practive), I am so tired, I run out of energy that night...a little bit of help won't do any harm.

The room was very nicely furnished. I stayed here ages ago & they really have done a good job with the renavations. The bed was too hard though. I will definately be back

I love the hotel we stay on the aqua room really beautiful view of the beach the service was great and the location excellent so close from the beach only walking distance and just 30 minutes from the airport. for sure we will stay again oustanding service

I enjoyed my stay here despite some average assessments. The staff attitude was average but this was typical of some other Gold Coast employees during the school holiday period I was there. The room was quite clean, however on careful inspection it was obvious some things had not been cleaned for a long time. I would stay here again based on value for money.

The only problem i had with it was. We wanted to have a kitchen in our room . there was only a little bar fridge. we thought there would at least be some sort of kitchen facility
