A nice hotel to stay in. Friendly Service and the rooms are renovated. For 1 nite,I was upgraded to a Deluxe Room and it was wonderful. Beautiful decor.Roof Bar in Swimming Pool area is very cost effective and the barman very friendly.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and the 2nd time I had a great timeI found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They made my stay a pleasant one for the four days I was there.Rooms were clean, close to shopping malls.Only thing I would say is to ask for a room on the 4th floor or higher. Like many hotels in Dubai, the bars stay open late and are very loud.Jos Carboni

The hotel had a night club on ground floor (same as reception). I got a room on second floor above the club the first night. Impossible to sleep at all because of LOUD music. Second night I was moved up to 6th floor. Much better, but still I could hear the bass sound from the club.

the carpet in the room needs more cleaning. restaurant food not good. i think this three star hotel should be a budget hotel. good for short stays.

Nice Get awayThis Hotel is nice for the city get away, I use this place often as the staff are very nice and the place offers a great value for the stay. Disco's are a little loud so ask for a room on floor 4 or higher.

The hotel from hellIf you like two full blast discos on the ground and first floors from 11pm to 4am then this is for you. The bed was vibrating with the noise and we were on the 6th floor. Night manager not only useless but he lied. Unlicenced for alchohol and discos he was at pains to gleefully tell us he could do nothing.Terrible place - avoid it like the plague.

Versailles Dubai DeiraHotel is close to airport and convenient to city, it is away from main road so a little hard to find but then it is quiet in that way. There is a disco on 1st floor which runs most nights till 3.30 so you do hear this and the hotel vibrates as such sleep is not that easy, breakfast is good quality and quantity and varies. Internet connection via WIFI is expensive and drops out a lot but there is a direct internet portal in lobby. The staff are attentive and every thing you ask for is treated as a pleasure not as a problem, while I may not stay at the hotel again as it was inconvenient for my business meetings it was a good hotel and I would recommend it.

hidden awayHotel located off Al Rigga Street, good place for budget shopping and eating.This guest found it hard to locate, specially at night. Versailles Dubai fronts onto an empty lot, not a street itself. Once inside it is quite good: staff efficient and friendly, room clean and well furnished, if a bit dark colour in carpet, curtains etc. Bathroom fine. Breakfast is vast array of every type of food, not much of it being eaten on that day. Hmm. Oh get a room away from the disco if you want a quiet night. I did, only thanks to receptionist who made an effort without being asked. I would stay here again at a late rooms price only though. Dubai (March 2009) is pretty quiet: good deals to be had by haggling.

Great over night stayNice hotel conviently located to malls and resturants. The rooms were nice, if a little dated, and clean (except the bath tub which had soomething on it). However the staff was pleasant and helpful plus the breakfast was very good.I would reccomend this hotel for a great economical stay in Dubai!

Excellent customer service. The staff were very supportive especially becasue i had a young baby. The service right from bellboy to maitre'd were second to none. I would especially like to commend your night staff who changed my room to a higher floor due to noise from disco.Well done versailles!The hotel was located centrally for eating places and near creek but it was quite far from activities for children.

As with many hotels in Dubai, there is a very loud disco in the hotel. My room was on the floor above it, so it was very loud until 3am. This is a common problem in many hotels and travellers need to be aware and ask for a room in a quiet location (unless of course you intend to go to the disco!)My biggest problem was that the bathroom in my room had a lot of mould in the grout of the shower and around the sink. This being said, I would say the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing.

the room was clean,but the decor was very dated and bland.The bathroom was adequate,with clean towels,on a daily basis.The room cleaner was very good.The worst thing about this hotel was the breakfast.The room was too small for the number of guests.You were literally falling over people trying to get food.The food was bad,there were mainly russian guests,so maybe the food was geared for them,but having said that it was a major job getting a cup of tea.Breakfast should be a liesurely affair,this was like feeding time at the zoo.

A good value for money hotel. Don't expect anything too luxurious in terms of the room, however, don't let this put you off. The staff are very friendly and the level of service is good. This is an excellent choice for those who want a reasonably priced room for the night located in the Deira area of Dubai. If you want a more luxurious stay this is not the hotel for you.Unfortunately, we did not eat at the hotel and so cannot comment upon the quality of the in-hotel restuarants.
