Relaxed, stayed at hotel. Good value.

The room, the restaurant, cocktail lounge and the location. It was a very lovely spot and would return here.

This hotel does not have "suites" with sitting areas with a couch in every room. Don't believe the descriptions or pictures. There is a dresscode for common areas which was not stated in the online travel websites description. And the hotel charged me for the room as well as the online travel website. I'm still waiting for my refund a week later! This hotel also sells the rooms as residences, all very exclusive and stuffy. Not a family friendly hotel.

We just moved here, didn't know what to expect and even though the hotel was under construction, you walk in and you feel like you are in a warm, upscale, fun environment. The rooms will take your breathe away. I lived in California for awhile, so I have enjoyed a number of hotels from the W to the Mondrian, this one tops them. The pool area is so much fun and is partnered next to the beach, which is also great. The nights are so neat. The pool area is lit up. The bar and dining area are there as well. The food is really yummy. They could add a few more selections to their menu for breakfst, Lunch and dinner. Their drinks could be a bit bigger and a little more alcohol. Wacth for the gratuity section, they include gratuity with everything you order but also have an area to add gratuity as well. Which I thin is a little misleading. I double tipped more than once. You will have fun there and the nights you wont forget.

Having traveled quite a bit, I can honestly say that the staff at this resort were the most attentive and responsive I've met. I told several resort staff that I hoped it was due to being treated well by their employer (my personal preference.) The facilities and location were ideal. My only disappointment was the significant rate difference between the week we were there ( April 26th-28th '08)and the weeks following. Spring break rates... I hate price gouging. The rooms were beautiful, but a suite is 1 very nice room (no separate bedroom.) We had lunch at Indigo and it was delicious! Overall, highly recommended!

Cannot check in until it specific time, have to pay for parking, told not too park on the street parking spaces, would be ticketed and suggested you valet. Did park on the street had to move the car by 9am and then moved over to an all day parking space. Coffee in the lobby, NOT, was horrible and always empty. Little bugs in the wet bar area, sent a security up to spay the room with pestasides, stated they were not harmful. Was promised a late checkout and when we went to confirm, was told Sorry, we already had someone coming in for that exact room. They make you feel like they are always watching you, uneasy feeling. The room had potato chips on the floor and they were not from us. It was very noticeable how they used a dirty mop for the floor, never vacuumed, just wisked around the dirt that left stains on the floor. When checking out, did ask how the stay was, explained all that happened, there comment. Have a good day, come again. NEVER!

I have stayed in many hotels and this one far exceded my expectations. This is a five star hotel with the best service possible. My family picked a random spot between Jacksonville and the Florida Keys to split our drive time. We had such a great time in the hotel that we spent half the day in the pool and beach before leaving. We returned on the way back from out trip and could not wait to arrive. I would recommend this hotel very highly for the comfort, service and great pool / beach.

This hotel was Brand New when we stayed. The rooms are fabulous and are extremely posh. Even though there was still construction going on, the grounds were beautiful. There is not a huge selection of dinig options but the staff was helpful in finding alternative dining. The atmosphere is very romantic, but not stuffy at all!

Service, accommodations and the sound-proof rooms. I enjoyed myself so much. I will definitely stay there again and will tell others about this wonderful experience. Priceline was also an excellent tool to enable me to stay there in today's economy.

The Vero Beach Hotel and Club was a five star experience in every way...from the equisite suite, ocean view room, to fine dining. For the person willing to spend a bit more money will her or she will find this a deluxe hotel.

The staff was very friendly. The room was smaller than my entire master bedroom.

Well first thing I was not told that the hotel is under construction and that we would be subjected to everything from the smell of hot burning tar, noise of yelling workers and endless trucks, and thick layer of dust covering our SUV every day. Also be aware that in addition to the extra 20 a day resort fee they also hold a 200 a day insadental fee on your credit card . The chefs and the severs do not know the differenes between food thats cooked properly and food that is burnt. This is an hotel not a resort .

It was really wonderful. Their dining room over looked the beach. Their casual restaurant was only open for lunch. The layout of the hotel. Wonderful facility, but pricier than expected. There are 2 wings and you need to go outdoors to go from one to the other even though there are walkways on every floor.

The cleanliness, organic food, staff and the massage. We planned a 2 day getaway which we never get to do. This hotel had great food (we ordered room service quite a bit) ate by the pool overlooking the ocean, had hot stone massages. Everything was top notch. The staff would go out of their way to make you happy. The rooms were beautiful and very clean.

Clean; pleasant staff; decor; location; value. The pool and outdoor lounge closed at dusk. An evening swim would have been nice. This was the best hotel experience that I have ever had. Expected to be treated differently or to have fewer amenities. I called ahead and requested a room with a balcony, which was granted. Additionally, my room was at the end of the hallway and was very quiet. While the hotel was quite exclusive, the hotel staff was very gracious, friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the absence of excessive security measures (i.e beach and pool access).

Everyone was friendly. Parking was not included. Every amenity, spotless, convenient location, friendly staff.

Clean, great location and spacious rooms. Parking fee, no late check out given and no ice machine. This hotel met our expectations. We were impressed with how clean and new the rooms looked. The valet was friendly and brought the bags up to our room. We were impressed by the granite counter tops, the spacious bathroom, nice amenities and the location could not be beat.
