Booked for a group of 6 girlfriends. We all loved this hotel. Rooms were spacious stylish and clean. Service was excellent. We were a short walk from the hub if Milan's nightlife, yet the hotel was quiet. Perfect.

Good size rooms, thick towels and quality toiletries. Location convenient for Central Station and city centre access. The hotel bar is uninspiring.

Very nice hotel. When the development in the surrounding areas has been completed, it will be a nice location as well

Lovely big room with very good facilities and located well for accessing all Milan attractions using the cheap and effective Metro system. Would particularly like to thank Luca on reception for whom nothing was too much trouble and who really made our stay. Thank you

Good business class hotel with huge rooms. Disliked that they had no tea/coffee making in room. Breakfast was good but service just ok at hotel but this is Italy! Location wise seemed out of way at first but actually quite good - close to Corso Como for nightlife and also not far away from China Town Restaurant on Sarpi which were good value. Would stay again at hotel but didn't like Milan overall so will no be returning.

The people were very nice, but for the price, this place was a not a good value. We assumed that we would get one bed, but instead we got two doubles and had to push them together for one big bed. The area was OK, but not as nice as the pictures make it out to be. I definitely expected more for the money. We were able to walk from the hotel to a lively area for food and drinks and enjoyed that experience quite a bit. Very urban, young, and hip crowd.

For the type of hotel, which is really excellent, the breakfast quality is a bit disappointing: there is a good selection, but the food appears to be second-class.

This is our second visit to the hotel. It's quite a distance from the sites, so be prepared to take a taxi in the Winter especially. The restaurant there is wonderful for both breakfast and dinner. We come to Milan on business bi annually and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

the best thing about this hotel is the excellent friendly service and the spacious rooms. be aware that the hotel is on a 6 lane road and ALL rooms face the street- the windows are thermopane and keep out some of the noise (book an upper floor!) but if you like to sleep w/ windows open you might be happier somewhere else.

Nice hotel, well run, clean as can be and it was ruined by the traffic noise. Don't stay here if there is any chance that you might need to open the windows. And remember that the air conditioning is turned off for the season in September, so hot days in October equal sleepless nights.

Only two negatives--both relatively minor: 1)air conditioning could have been cooler and 2) location was not near the train station and much more pepherial to center of town--otherwise extremely spacious, clean and high-tech!!

The room was very comfortable. Although I was two nights, the room is clean, is large, also has a walk-in closet, and wanted to stay more. For me, a place is also convenient . And this hotel pleased very much.

We were most impressed with the size and amenities of the rooms (the sitting area in each room was a very nice plus; terry bathrobes and slippers are always a luxury; I wish I had a closet like theirs at home!; ample bathroom), the meals (the included breakfast was great, with fresh fruit, great coffee, and a full range of hot and cold selections). They had rooms ready for us when we arrived (around 1:00pm). We even had dinner in the restaurant because we were so tired after out day of travel, and it was very good. The free internet point in the lobby saved one of our party who needed to tie up a loose end at work from much aggravation and worry. The neighborhood seemed a bit rough, and it was a bit far to walk to the metro for the 2 80-year-olds in our party, but all in all, this was a most enjoyable stay, and we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Had problem at the AC unit. It was hot and they were not able to fix it or change the room. They only have one iron and one iron table for the whole hotel which I found not acceptable.

An excellent hotel that could be recommended to everyone! One of the most pleasant stays where-ever! I'm thrilled!
