| The staff may of well not been there! After checking in I was asked if I would like to upgrade for a fee, my response was let me hear the deal. Our rate was $159.00 (great Rate) she said it would change the rate to $229.00 an additional $70.00 for a great suite. Since I was paying for 2 rooms this was going to be an additional $280.00 for 2 nights. I asked the lady checking me in if the room was an additional $70.00 per night & her response was yes. So I accepted the upgrade. When I went to check out I did the TV checkout only to see my room per night was $388.00. That was 159.00 more then I was told & over $600.00 for the 2 rooms. When I went to check out the lady behind the counter asked me if I enjoyed my stay, my answer was everything but what happened to me above. After telling the whole story her response was what did you say. Great customer service!!!!
I will try it 1 more time, but this time I will stay in the room I booked. |

For the price that we paid for the room, we should've stay at some other place. No housekeepers on staff at all, they didn't clean our room for two straight days.

The rooms were extremely spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities within the hotel can surely meet the needs of any guest whether it was for business or pleasure. The atmosphere was comfortable, relaxing and pleasant.

Hotel was beautiful. Bring your walking shoes because many of the room are pretty far away from the conference rooms, casino, shops, and restaurants. Lot of security around, seemed like a very safe hotel. Room was beautiful and clean. Turn down service every night. If you want to pay extra for the spa it is pretty nice. The newer Palazzo gym and women's changing rooms are unbelievable. Overall hotel was all a great place to stay. I went for a conference not gambling. But the casino looked busy all time of the day and night.

The Venetian was a nice place to hang out, walk around and enjoy the Las Vegas buzz. Our room was very nice, the bathroom was luxurious, and the view was nice. I'd definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel on the strip. Large rooms with comfortable beds. A little far from the rest of the nice places on the strip, so you have to walk a lot.

This is a great hotel. All the staff was so nice and helpful. The casino was very nice as well. The only real issue we had was that we paid for a strip view room and did really get it. We could see a little bit of the strip, but I wouldn't call what we had a strip view at all. The room was great, and the room service even better. The food they serve for room service is by far the best food we had in Las Vegas. I recommed anyone to stay at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas!!!

I loved my stay at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas. I thought it was at a great location on the strip. The rooms were very nice. Although the bed was a little to soft for my liking. The restaurants at the hotel were great. Lots of choices with a wide price range. The pool was great. Considering it was a very hot day, there weren't too many people at the pool. We were able to get a couple spots by the pool with easy access to the bar :) I think most people went into TAO Beach because there was a line to get in there. The pool was just as great because the loud music at TAO was spilling over to the pool side. I was a little disappointed because we were supposed to receive some gaming credit and a couple discount coupons upon check in but we never got them. It didn't ruin our vacation. But we were offered to upgrade our room for a small additional fee. We still had a grand time at this hotel! Overall, i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! You'll have a marvelous vacation. :)

We stayed at The Venetian Jan. 13-16. The hotel common areas are beautiful, and check in went smoothly. The hotel room was very spacious; it was nice to have a sitting area separate from the bedroom. While we did not have much of a view (overlooked the top of a building at the back of the hotel), the large windows and remotely powered blinds were a nice touch. Our only disappointment with the room was that the furnishings were worn and definitely ready for replacement or at least reupholstering. The L-shaped sofa had button tufting and half of the buttons were missing; the bench in the bedroom had a large stain on it. Other than that, the room was nice. We had a couples massage at the Canyon Ranch Spa in The Venetian. It is billed as the largest spa in the world (at 134,000 sq. ft.), but I have to say bigger is not necessarily better. It was very expensive ($*for a couples massage), and the waiting room and spa area were crowded. The massage itself was marred by groups of people walking by the door of the massage room and talking loudly -- kinda blew the mood. Would not use the spa again. Our room was a good value, and I would stay at The Venetian again (maybe request an updated room).

Stayed here for three nights because I received an extremely low room rate. I was overwhelmed by the hospitality and service. The staff address you by name. The reception is most welcoming. The rooms are showing some wear and tear. The molding on the outside door was broken and missing in a place. The cushions on the couch have buttons missing. The drawer on the desk had the front break off when pulled out. It had been broken and not repaired. Yet, the service and the comfort made it a most enjoyable experience.

The hotel is lovely and with its sister hotel open, there is twice the shopping in the Canal shops as before. The Bella suites in the Venezia tower are large and luxurious. This is my fourth or fifth stay here and I am never disappointed. The only thing I dislike about the hotel is the spa - it's very overpriced compared to Bellagio (which is expensive as well) because they are charging a premium for the Canyon Ranch name. Other than that, I always enjoy the Venetian Resort Las Vegas.

This is a beautiful hotel where every room is a suite. It is the only hotel I will stay at from now on. It is centrally located. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in, got a gambling voucher back for $50 and a drinks/club voucher for $50! Gorgeous multi-level room, elegant, huge marble bathroom, ice bucket was filled with ice when I arrived, chocolates on the pillow, turn-down service!! Las Vegas is a great deal now, and the hotel is an awesome experience TRAVEL TIP: When you get to the main lobby, if there are more than 25 people waiting to register, then go to the right and find the elevator which takes you to the VENEZIA lobby, where there were only 5 people waiting, and register there. They gave me a better room than I would have gotten, I think that is the best tower anyway, especially if you have a car in self-park. SECRET: It is family friendly and not expensive if you do a little research. I am currently un-employed so was watching my pennies - and in the St Mark Square area of the hotel there is a FOOD COURT with normal-priced food for families. Then I felt better about getting an expensive breakfast the next day in one of the great restaurants.

Have stayed at the Venetian before and definitely appreicate the beautiful rooms- suites! Only two complaints- you have to go quite a distance thru the casino (sometimes smokey) to get to the elevators. And, the pillows were synthetic and overstuffed. (uncomfortable to us) Will absolutely stay again- helpful front desk staff, housekeeping, etc. Beautiful rooms!

This is our 2nd stay at the Venetian and it is our favorite place to stay in Vegas. The rooms and amenities are beautiful and justify the price and 5 stars.

We have stayed at Bellagio and Wynn in our previous trips to Vegas, so this time we decided to stay at the Venetian. The Rooms are very nice, the housekeeping was hit and miss: Some days they did a great job and some days they didn't (forgot to pick up dirty towel, didn't empty trash cans, etc.) The Spa was a joke, it is a waste of money, only go there if you want a 3 star treatment, not 5. The hotel and casino managers are pretty rude, we bought the spa package in advance, and their spa had a broken jacuzzi and steam room! Come to find out it has been broken for the past 3 weeks, but they advertised it and sold us the package KNOWING the thing was broken. They neglected to let us know and when I talk to the hotel manager she was not willing to do anything. For a good spa go to Caesar's, the Spa here is really sub-par.
