The staff may of well not been there! After checking in I was asked if I would like to upgrade for a fee, my response was let me hear the deal. Our rate was $159.00 (great Rate) she said it would change the rate to $229.00 an additional $70.00 for a great suite. Since I was paying for 2 rooms this was going to be an additional $280.00 for 2 nights. I asked the lady checking me in if the room was an additional $70.00 per night & her response was yes. So I accepted the upgrade. When I went to check out I did the TV checkout only to see my room per night was $388.00. That was 159.00 more then I was told & over $600.00 for the 2 rooms. When I went to check out the lady behind the counter asked me if I enjoyed my stay, my answer was everything but what happened to me above. After telling the whole story her response was what did you say. Great customer service!!!! I will try it 1 more time, but this time I will stay in the room I booked.

I enjoyed my stay at the Venetian Hotel very much indeed. The reception desk and check in personnel were extremely helpful and friendly, also the concierge personnel went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and informed me of all the amenities that were available to me. The only problem that I had was with room service. I realize that since the hotel is so huge that it is difficult to serve coffee and hot food for so many people; however, there were plenty of fine restaurants so I did not bother to have room service anymore. I would recommend this hotel to my friends both here and in Europe.

This was our first trip to Las Vegas and the purpose was to celebrate the wife's 40th birthday. We did lots of sightseeing; as you can imagine, there is lots to see in Las Vegas. We attended the many buffet dinner opportunities that were there. We attended an excellent show and spent an extended amount of time in the casinos.

Clean, beautiful, excellent service, andrelaxing. Lounge chairs too close together at pool. This is an awesome hotel. One of the nicest in Vegas. The service is top notch and the cleanliness is excellent. Everything is there. You don't even need to leave the hotel.

Ambiance, service, restaurants, & location on the strip. Nothing. The Grand Canal with its restaurants & shopping and beautiful decor are beyond belief. The design of the casino is very friendly with more to see than most resorts on the strip (for beauty, & romance of Italy).

My wife & I traveled to Vegas and stayed at the Venetian. This is EXACTLY as described by travel website. The hotel was extremely clean and very convenient as it is very easy to get around Vegas from here. I would definitely book here again. I cant think of any reason why I would not recommend this hotel as it is very roomy (all suites) and very clean.

Saw Phantom of the Opera right there in the hotel...incredible theater. Everything is over the top ornate, both in the theater and throughout the entire hotel. Great location on the strip, close to upscale shopping and plenty of parking.

Centrally located, luxurious and accommodating. Take a cooler! Hotel mini fridge is weight monitored. Overall I had a great stay but was disappointed that they were unwilling to remove their items from the _weight monitored mini fridge_ so that I might use it. Bring your own cooler and you'll be fine.

We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and wanted a fantastic hotel room. The Venetian was everything we were hoping for and more. Checked in early with no problems. Recieved all the comps and coupons we were promised with our package without having to ask or beg. Room was clean, spacious and in good condition. Sunken living area, King size bed, Fabulous bathroom with dbl. vanity, glass shower and soaking tub with private water closet. Grand Lux Cafe (think Cheesecake Factory) was great for lunch (though our waiter was a little slow). Also had a delicious lunch and great margaritas at Taqueria Canonita. Service was excellent and our waiter offered us margaritas to go which we happily accepted. We also ordered room service two mornings and both times it was great! Promptly delivered in about 30 minutes, set up on our table and by pleasant servers with a smile. There is also a little food court in the casino area that serves sandwiches, pizza, coffee, ice cream, etc. Great band playing at La Scena that we enjoyed while playing slots nearby. Checkout was easy and we were given a chance to review our bill. We had taken several drinks and items from the mini bar but there was one item that was charged that we had not taken or even seen for that matter and they promptly removed it without question. Overall service was excellent and employees seemed geuinely happy to help you. Would definitely stay here again!

My hotel stay was awesome. The room was a great size and perfectly clean. The front desk service and concierge were very helpful and knew exactly how to help me everytime I needed it. Cocktail waitresses were on point and the little bar "la scena" had the most Amazing cover band I have ever seen playing there. The shopping is good and I have no complaints. Beautiful hotel

One of the finest hotels in America, with beautiful suites, great amenities and superior service. Everything about it was First-Class.

my husband and I went to the venetian because it seemed to be the most luxurious and extravagant 5 star hotel in vegas. From the time we arrived, to the time we left we were made to feel like part of the cattle herd. No extra friendly staff making you feel that they appreciate your business. No little extra amenities that might not usually be included in a lower star hotel. Listed in the amenities is the wireless internet. they fail to mention $10 a day! The the fridge if you touch or MOVE something in it it is weight sensitive it is automatically charged to the room. If you want a fridge in the room to use it is $25 a DAY. I feel especially in this economy if money is spent to frequent a business establishment then appreciation should be shown. it was not.
