Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment. No reservations after 3pm on Sundays.

What are your breakfast options?: There are many breakfast options around us in both Norman and Moore, including Jimmy's Egg, Sunny Side Up, and IHOP.
What transport is available to get around?: Taxis are used for immediate travel and public buses can be used in the Norman area though their routes can take 40 minutes in some locations.
What can I do nearby?: Across the highway from us, you can find Andy Alligator's which is a family fun park, and Hey Day which is a laser tag facility. One exit north, there is Warren Theater which is Moore's luxury movie theater that includes food service, bar service and heated seat cushions in the balcony. They also have an on-site restaurant.
Do you have internet?: We offer high-speed internet for $10/week.
Do you provide parking?: Our hotel is surrounded by our parking lot.
