Value Place Hotel Shelby

Value Place provides short-term residents home-like accommodations with weekly rates starting at 179.00 USD weekly. Children 17 and under stay free with parent or guardian. Must cancel reservation 72 hours prior to 3pm day of arrival to avoid weekly rate plus tax charge. Our office is closed Sundays, therefore we do not allow official Sunday check-ins. Those needing to arrive on Sunday will be required to start their stay on the prior Saturday. With three room options, Value Place is an exceptional alternative to furnished rental apartments or hotels. Amenities include no lease obligations, free utilities, full kitchen in each studio, cable television with premium movie channel, interior corridors with elevator, biweekly housekeeping, on-site laundry facilities, and high-speed internet access is available. Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm, closed Sunday. Saturday check-in from 10am to 2pm. For guests arriving after office hours, please use the courtesy phone in the lobby and dial Ext 500 to reach the on-site studio officer.
