Boasting full kitchens, impeccably clean studios and a professional staff, we are but a phone call away. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. A 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move-in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-2pm, and closed Sunday. For guest arriving after 6pm Mon-Fri and after 2pm on Saturday, use the courtesy phone in the lobby and call extension 500 for the Safety Attendant to check you in.

| We got to the hotel around 10 am after traveling more than 300 miles and the reception told us a room will be ready at 4 pm. But after a while we were given a smoking room instead of a non smoking as requested. Poor service and customer relation |

| We changed our reservation from a closer hotel to the Comfort Inn specifically because we wanted a pool/whirlpool. The description listed a heated indoor pool. When we arrived the girl at the front desk could barely speak English. She had a very hard time checking us in. The next morning we went down to use the pool and it was ice cold. There were no towels, so I guess luckily it was too cold to even get into. There was no whirlpool at all. We were very disappointed and wished we would have just kept the reservation for the closer hotel. |
