First: the motel had a sign out front $159.00 Orbitz charged me $189.00. Time tax and fees $212.00 and change. Rooms were nice but the service was horrible. I even had to walk around and find someone to get clean towels and our room was never cleaned the whole time we were there. I thought going thru Orbitz was to get the best rates?

We got to the hotel around 10 am after traveling more than 300 miles and the reception told us a room will be ready at 4 pm. But after a while we were given a smoking room instead of a non smoking as requested. Poor service and customer relation

The rooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of chairs for company. The kitchen made it convient to save money on food. Would have helped if the rooms had some dishes or pots and pans but was still ok. Wal-mart and the Dollar store are both very close. The motel is close to food and shopping. The only complaint I have is that the blinds are not thick enough to block out morning sun. Maybe some thick curtains would help. The staff was very nice and friendly. I will definately stay at value place again.

We changed our reservation from a closer hotel to the Comfort Inn specifically because we wanted a pool/whirlpool. The description listed a heated indoor pool. When we arrived the girl at the front desk could barely speak English. She had a very hard time checking us in. The next morning we went down to use the pool and it was ice cold. There were no towels, so I guess luckily it was too cold to even get into. There was no whirlpool at all. We were very disappointed and wished we would have just kept the reservation for the closer hotel.
