Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.

The Great Value is fitting for its name, great value. The room is found to be clean with clean bathroom, kitchen area, refrigerator, etc. It's convenient to have the stove top and a large standup size refregerator that is kept clean and I felt comfortable to get some food for simple cooking. I bought a cheap pan to use during my stay. I did not check with the desk to see if they provide for any pots & pans. As a non somker, the room was a little smoky at first. Fortunately the window does open up to allow fresh air to come in. There's no daily maid service, clean towels are available at the desk. I would bring my used towel to exchange for fresh ones. I didn't stay long enough for the bi-weekly maid service. As long as the linens are fresh upon check in, it was okay with me. A very good place for week long stay at great price. Good value!

Clean room good staff lots of parking well lit parking spot secure hotel very quiet. The room was clean the hallways were quiet the room not too small good location the only complaintI have is the bed was too hard it was like sleeping on the floor other than that everything else was fine.
