This new, luxury resort complex is located off Universal Boulevard, just minutes by car from the world-famous International Drive area with its many shops and restaurants, and the Universal Studios complex, home to the newest attraction in Orlando. The complex has many amenities including an auditorium, a swimming pool, a spa, and a gym, and is perfectly located for all guests' shopping, dining and theme park needs. Guests can also take advantage of the Internet access. Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection are to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After-hours key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day by telephoning freephone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa guests will be asked to supply a credit card as security for their villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat and rental of baby cots and highchairs. All apartments and condos are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-out time from the accommodation is 10 am.
